      In snack u can take fruits,nuts,chana chat, roasted chana
      Lunch chana chaat, grilled paneer,steam chicken ,steam ya stir fry veggies,dal ,rajma,lobia,paneer with cd size roti ya fr steam rice
      In evening snack u can take skimmed milk,tea,cofee,nuts,roasted chana etc
      In dinner
      Daal taco,masala chicken oats, grilled fish, scramble egg,panir bhurji
      Remember with every meal u should take one bowl of green raw salad
      In lunch 100 gm yogurt ..
      Do some physical activity u will loose weight..

    I love having murmura/puffed rice. I normally roast it with some masala to make it more tasty, add some peanuts, chana and store it in air tight box. Khakra is also another snack I like to eat

      @Gunjan Bhatia soak dry soya beans for 2 hours in warm water with salt to taste. Next roast on medium flame just like we roast peanuts. Tastes yum and also a good protein source

      Just focus on calories defecit..
      Don't eat less eat clean nd healthy avoid refined flour junk and eat in portion eat everything but in Portion..
      I recommend u just focus on portion control
      Eat more fibre
      Drink alot and alot water salad and do some physical activity...

      Hey Isha..!! I am Manpreet… and yes this diet plan is sustainable in all ways… I was into fitness earlier so I know the basics what they gave me..!! The only key is maintaining the calories intake what they suggest you and be strict for atleast 12 weeks.. after that you can play around with calories..!!

    Nah..need no special deit plan or any thing .. normal sabzi roti Khao and do Intermittent fasting with work out..this will give you tremendous results ..

    Hi I am new to your channel thought I follow most of your videos coming on my screen. I am 32 year and was very much overweight till last year which I reduced 10 kg. Now doctor has asked me to reduce more 7 kg but I am not able to. I am doing cardio and taking low card high protein diet. Still not losing any since kilo. So frustrating it is. I have high BP, low iron. Pls suggest diet plan for me. Thanks alot. Also if you can post weight loss yoga video would be very helpful. Thanks

      If you are taking low carb high protein diet then try doing bodyweight strength training. It will definetely help you burn fat by building muscles.
