Perfect for students and science enthusiasts looking to deepen their understanding of how life sustains itself at the cellular level.
thank you for posting long form content on TH-cam. You are simply the best teacher i have been able to find, lately!
Regards
Shivangi
Would love to learn more about mitochondria and how we can improve them, both qualitatively and quantitatively. Thank you JC sir !
So L carnitine doesn't work because to transfer fatty acids to mitochondria, we need to be in calorie deficit so that body uses fats to get energy
So what will happen if we take l carnitine while in calorie deficit, will it help further or will do nothing as amount fats broken down will depend on amount of deficit?
Great content enjoyed learning. Can you please create videos for people struggling to gain weight no matter how much they eat.
Thank you
Yes JC jii please make a video on this topic
Sir can I start my fittr journey of being a coach next year and be still financially successful
I will be starting next year January my journey of enrollment in infs
Will please put numbers to episodes then it would be easy to watch
Absolute masterclass!!
Kaash school mei koi aise padhata.. toh pakka medical stream choose karta🫡😅
Sir please talk about how citruline malate work
Both citruline and malate are precursors. Citruline -> arginine
Malate -> kreb cycle
Helps with vasodilation largely and some people also report improved efficiency
Dimag ke batti khol di....JC you are always an inspiration with full of knowledge. I am growing my knowledge day by day. Thanks for posting. Keep continue.
Thank you sir🙏🏼🙏🏼💐
Thanks. It's nice.
Slowly building knowledge and muscles both.
And now I can relate why I feel like frequent full bladder.😅
So Amazing and informative! Please keep it coming! So much better than Hubermans 2 hour episodes
I never understood biology so elaborately in my childhood...u have to be a bio tutor
Awesome efforts JC Sir, plz add more on fat mobilization and fat oxidation in upcoming episodes.
Great sir...loved to get such knowledge, Requesting be more frequent in making video🫡
One video every week
@@Fittrjc it's also perfect sir...ThnQ👍
Loving these videos. Please keep them coming!
Also interested to understand the physiology behind stress increasing blood glucose levels
❤
❤❤
Please, what are some examples of protein rich food and purine rich food
sir please start providing education and certification like k11 and other institutions
Very important video must watch
Thank you sir for your efforts and such important information!!!
Sir ap hindi language mai video banaye
Old videos
Very nice 😊🙏🏽 thank you so much
Hey JC, would you be making video about a relationship between different types of FATs with HDL and LDL? All my doubts get cleared through your videos 😊.
It’ll be covered
Nice video but you have to improve thumbnail,
Great insights and informative, loving it. I just googled and somehow realised chicken is also in the purine food list and was under the impression it's generally red meat.
Chicken is white meat :)
You r my inspiration sir
sir please start providing education and certification like k11 and other institutions

Loved the content JC ❤
So, would L-Carnitine be useful when in a calorie deficit? If there other factors that can prevent these fatty acids from entering cells/mitochondria (even while on a deficit), then would L-Carnitine help?
Your body already has l-carnitine. It’ll only be helpful in case of a l-carnitine deficiency which is extremely rare
@@Fittrjc ok makes sense, thanks! Really good use of analogical reasoning, you're a natural teacher (- from a prof). 🙂
enjoyed and learnt 😃
Hi JC, between Cytoplasm vs Mitochondria,
1-where is the creatine stored?
2-Where does the ATP creation from PhosphoCreatine take place? 3-Where is the energy release from ATP take place?
These are good questions. The entire ATP-CP cycle takes place in cytoplasm ( sarcoplasm of muscle cells)
When it comes to metabolize FFA to generate ATP, does it only happen after Lipolysis or can happen before storing fat in Adipose tissue?
@@padminimishra5788 lipolysis happens both before storing fat and after storing fat. When you consume dietary fats ( MCTs being an exception) they’re broken down into glycerol and ffas ( lipolysis) before they enter bloodstream. Once they enter bloodstream, they can either be used for energy or get stored and the same cycle repeats inside the cells
Excellent video❤
Great info!
🙋
Very well explained sir. One query-Are Adipose tissues present outside the cells? If it is so then it means it does not get metabolised?
Uh-un
Adipocytes ( adipose cells)
They’re cells themselves. They don’t exists outside cells, they’re a type of cell that store triglycerides.
@@Fittrjc ok sir, so fat is only stored in adipocytes but not metabolised there?
@@09wildmeit is metabolised in adipocytes
Triglyceride > calorie deficit -> free fatty acids + glycerol
Free fatty acids will enter mitochondria in adipocytes-> beta oxidation -> acetyl-coa-> kreb cycle -> ETP -> ATP + energy
@@09wildme important to mention that not all free fatty acids will get metabolised in adipocytes, some will enter bloodstream and can be used up directly for energy by organs.
@@Fittrjc Thank you understood now 😊🙏will also check khan academy content for better understanding.
excellent.
