age 22 starting height: 155cm goal 1: 160cm goal 2: 160cm-167cm NEXT UPDATE: October 24 2021 Progress height: 158cm Thank you for everyone's kind comments :) month 1 [2/16-3/16]: results ~156cm (gained ~1cm!) my height measured in the morning is 157cm and at night I am around 155.5cm so this is an average between the two. I'm more reflexible than I was before. I'm actually shocked!! It isn't a lot of height but I see the potential. I'll continue month 2 and see how it goes! I hope to gain at least another cm toward my goal. For month 2, I'll eat more and attempt to stretch this twice a day (at least 1 time is fine though). :D month 2 [3/16-4/16]: ~157cm (gained 1cm) I'm surprised at the height gain. My morning height is 158cm and my night height is 156cm. I think there wasn't much progress since I had to skip a few days as I had a very heavy period :( (cramps made it difficult). Going to get back at it soon again but taking a mini-break. I think one major improvement was that I ate more.

AGE: 15 START HEIGHT: 158 cm START DATE: 22/10/24 GOAL: No specific height in mind, but I want to do this for 100 days. ✅-did it both times today ☑️-only did it once ❌-did not do it 💤-break day, won't count it towards the 100 days DAY 1 ☑️: i only did it once because it's late DAY 2 ✅: Extremely motivated to do it both times, hopefully this motivation stays. :P DAY 3 ✅: Nothing much to say for today, but i did it 🙂↕️ DAY 4 (158 cm)✅: Starting to become part of my daily routine- I've also decided to start keeping track of my height daily, it's probably not going to be incredibly accurate because i'm using a sewing ruler, but it's better than nothing right? 😭 DAY 5 ☑️: Really busy day, lots of things happening so I could only do it once sadly, currently not at home so i can't do a height measurement but i'd assume still 158 haha.

Nearly 5'4, and i started doing these stretches a few days ago, hopefully i reach my desired height. ;) Update I'm now 5'4, i grew 1.5cm in a month :) btw these are not the only stretches that i done. I followed up with 100 jump ropes and other stretches and activities to see quicker results. it works but it takes time so try it for ur self and see.

Hi! Just wanna say how much you've helped me. In the beginning of quarantine I was 5'1, and did these stretches twice everyday for a few months and now I am 5'3!! (btw I'm 17/female)
I’m 13 and had my period at the age of 11.. The doctors always scare you saying you’ll be small for the rest of your life even they said because my parents were small (Mom:4’11-4’12) (Dad: 5’3-5’6)- sorry the heights are not accurate. I’m currently 5’2- 5’3 and my goal for this year is to at least be 5’5- 5’6 and then be 5’8. I’ll try my best this year since I have a few months to do so. Good luck to all!

Just a side note for everybody but , you can’t expect to see changes within a week or so , especially if you are 18 or above. Height just doesn’t work that way. It can take up to a month or two months etc. This all takes time. I’ve been doing these stretches twice a day for two weeks straight and I haven’t seen any results but my body does feel something though. There’s been times where it was literally 3 am in the morning you can imagine how sleepy I was but I still got up and did it. The point is this all takes time and it’s really up to you how badly you want it because if you want it so much you can do it. I am 16 and when I started I was 5’2 and doctors told me they thought I would not grow more. I tried these stretched once every day for about 3 weeks and I grew 1in. I stoped for a while and then continued and did the same thing for the same amount of time. Boom I grow another inch. I am now 5’4. People around this age still have the opportunity to grow so if you want to grow you need to start now! I believe in you! You will grow at least an inch if you are consistent. ~ ~ ~ Update! I have been doing these stretches for about 3 months after my previous comment. I AM NOW 5’5!!! To all of you doing the stretch YOU CAN DO IT! We might not all have the same results but if you really are consistent you will altleast grow 1-2!
Um but you can grow height till 18 and you started at 14, that's literally the age you grow. Whether you do exercise or not, you would have grown. Just that exercise would have helped you. It's not the sole reason of your growth

Hey guys, I am 17 and I am 5'3" I love how my body is, but wish to be just a little bit taller. I am going to be doing this for a month, I will let you know each week my height measurements. Update for week 1: I measured my height and I had grown a little less than half an inch. I feel my posture is much better now. My shoulders aren't too slouched anymore. Guys, I really think this is working! Let's do this. Onwards to week 2!! Update for week 2: I am sorry for not updating sooner, life got in the way. My measurement for week 2 was 5'3.8"!! I had grown half almost an entire inch for the last two weeks. I am being honest here y'all. You need to try this. Sometimes, if you have time, do some of these stretched 3 times a day. Update for Week 3: Let me be honest, one or two days, I was only able to stretch once a day. But the rest of the days, I did good. The measurement showed some improvement as well. I had grown to 5'4.2". This is seriously crazy guys. I can't believe this is working. I did have some doubts at first, but now I am freaking shocked by the results. It definitely takes time and patience, but it's definitely worth it! Final update: hey guys I measured myself and I am currently standing at 5'4.75". I am almost at my goal. I will continue to do this in the future because my body is basically used to stretching now and this has become a daily routine for me. I wish someone would have told me about stretching when I was 15 16 or 17 i stopped growing when I was in 9th idk why maybe bcz of stress I was taller than my frnds back then when I was in class 7 but now I've completed my graduation and my frnds are taller than me it's really sad when someone comments on ur height that she is isn't that tall she can stand in front like seriously why the fuck u care! I'm 19 and started these within mid December and I grew 3cm from that time till now. I will turn 20 this year. get 9-12 hours of sleep at least and drink lots of water, I don't have a routine but I do these two times everyday 'and a must in the night before I sleep'. DON'T GIVE UP and height is not based on "genetics"

I am 22 I am a girl ALSO I HAVE A SCOLIOSIS I started before one month ago and i forgot to measure i can't tell you exactly but i have the measure on the wall so i can say that my height increased almost two inches... believe me guys you can do what ever you want if do the right things But once a day might not works but you have to keep it It is better to do this twice 3 times a day Also i jumped 100 and day and day i did more like 200 hundred jumps... jump stretch jump stretch and etcetera... write it down how much you did. Jumping annoys the growth hormones. Also hang on the bar. Lie down and stretch as much you can and imagine that you are stretching very much and growing you have to imagine that all the time hour second everywhere. So because of my scoliosis my one leg is shorter than the other so i am doing these stretch more seconds for my shorter leg and hanging on the bar with some weight like 5/7 kg. I read these all from the rustam akhmetov'book i recommend you... you should read it and also he has a video and the TH-cam with English subtitles he grew 23 cm after 18 years old. Eating carrots 2/3 a day take lots of A, E, D and omega fish oil for your skin, olso your skin has to be like elastic it has to be stretched while you are growing and after your shower apply baby oil for skin cracks. I am doing these almost two hours but first month i skipped some days now i will try my best for not to skip but i can be happen you know... sorry for my English and please don't give up we don't know how much we will go a live so start it from now on and trust yourself and imagine and feel it like lemon effect (said rustam) i wish you all the success guys i wrote this bc i know what this feel, being short ....ahh i can't even explain it and also i don't need bc you all already know that i want to be feel strong and confident and not to be cute and little okay i am not cuteee .... but all of you are cute 😊 and confident doesn't matter your height you all are special ❤

First stats before doing this exercise Age : 23 Gender : Female Height : 162 cm Goal : 165 cm-170 cm (what a stretch) I’ve actually been doing it for a few days and increased to [163 cm] But i also drank a few of these vitamins after eating -Vitamin K2+D3 -Vitamin D2 -Calcium Magnesium Zinc -Multi vitamins -Omega 3 Fixed my posture with a wall, Added jumping exercises, more protein intake, drank more water and best to get as much sunlight as possible. Let’s hope in the next few months i might be able to go to 165 cm. I’ll update if i actually get to 164 cm.
I gave myself a challenge to grow from 4'8 to 5'5 before the end of 2024...✨️ I have started doing these stretches and some other exercises which all in total take 40 to45 mins daily but twice , once in the morning and once in the evening. Besides these exercise I quit all the junkfoods till I achieve my desired height plus added high protein deit in my whole day meals, twice a day full glass of milk with one spoon of long looks Ayurvedic powder (it consist of various ayurvedic pure substances which helps in the growth ) which my papa bought for me after researching about it. Also for vitamin D I take sunbath in the morning for 15 to 20 mins with light clothes. (Gender - Female , Age - 17 years 9 months) I will update you guys after every 30 days of workout that how much I have increased. When I first started I didn't check my height with a doctor, since then, ive grown an inch. A few months ago I was 1'66 and something. With certain shoes I am 1'68, the stretches are working, since in an adult it works different for everyone, but I do feel improvement. I'll keep doing them, maybe I won't be 1'70 but I'll grow a little bit enough to not roll my jeans up xD

Also, Always notice your breathing it relaxes you so much and it's kinda like your meditating. I do this every night now lately since in the morning I have been busy with studying and school, tests, and quizzes are coming up in my school and course so I don't do this in the mornings but I do it every night. Right now I just finished a workout and did this stretch and I noticed my flexibility has grown so much, that I can already- close enough do slips :) THIS REALLY WORKS. Also, I'm 5'7 point something not sure about, but I'm so happy because when I measured myself with my brother's height (which is 5"9) I noticed I exceed his shoulder when back then I used to be around his chest area.

my height measured in the morning is 157cm and at night I am around 155.5cm so this is an average between the two. I'm more reflexible than I was before. I'm actually shocked!! It isn't a lot of height but I see the potential. I'll continue month 2 and see how it goes! I hope to gain at least another cm toward my goal. For month 2, I'll eat more and attempt to stretch this twice a day (at least 1 time is fine though). :D

I'm surprised at the height gain. My morning height is 158cm and my night height is 156cm. I think there wasn't much progress since I had to skip a few days as I had a very heavy period :( (cramps made it difficult). Going to get back at it soon again but taking a mini-break. I think one major improvement was that I ate more.

Update I'm now 5'4, i grew 1.5cm in a month :) btw these are not the only stretches that i done. I followed up with 100 jump ropes and other stretches and activities to see quicker results. it works but it takes time so try it for ur self and see.

I’m 13 and had my period at the age of 11.. The doctors always scare you saying you’ll be small for the rest of your life even they said because my parents were small (Mom:4’11-4’12) (Dad: 5’3-5’6)- sorry the heights are not accurate. I’m currently 5’2- 5’3 and my goal for this year is to at least be 5’5- 5’6 and then be 5’8. I’ll try my best this year since I have a few months to do so. Good luck to all!

Just a side note for everybody but , you can’t expect to see changes within a week or so , especially if you are 18 or above. Height just doesn’t work that way. It can take up to a month or two months etc. This all takes time. I’ve been doing these stretches twice a day for two weeks straight and I haven’t seen any results but my body does feel something though. There’s been times where it was literally 3 am in the morning you can imagine how sleepy I was but I still got up and did it. The point is this all takes time and it’s really up to you how badly you want it because if you want it so much you can do it. I am 16 and when I started I was 5’2 and doctors told me they thought I would not grow more. I tried these stretched once every day for about 3 weeks and I grew 1in. I stoped for a while and then continued and did the same thing for the same amount of time. Boom I grow another inch. I am now 5’4. People around this age still have the opportunity to grow so if you want to grow you need to start now! I believe in you! You will grow at least an inch if you are consistent.

Hey guys, I am 17 and I am 5'3" I love how my body is, but wish to be just a little bit taller. I am going to be doing this for a month, I will let you know each week my height measurements.
Update for week 1: I measured my height and I had grown a little less than half an inch. I feel my posture is much better now. My shoulders aren't too slouched anymore. Guys, I really think this is working! Let's do this. Onwards to week 2!!
Update for week 2: I am sorry for not updating sooner, life got in the way. My measurement for week 2 was 5'3.8"!! I had grown half almost an entire inch for the last two weeks. I am being honest here y'all. You need to try this. Sometimes, if you have time, do some of these stretched 3 times a day.
Update for Week 3: Let me be honest, one or two days, I was only able to stretch once a day. But the rest of the days, I did good. The measurement showed some improvement as well. I had grown to 5'4.2". This is seriously crazy guys. I can't believe this is working. I did have some doubts at first, but now I am freaking shocked by the results. It definitely takes time and patience, but it's definitely worth it!
Final update: hey guys I measured myself and I am currently standing at 5'4.75". I am almost at my goal. I will continue to do this in the future because my body is basically used to stretching now and this has become a daily routine for me. So this is the end result and, in short, this absolutely works!! Good Luck everyone. Share with me your results

I will turn 20 this year. get 9-12 hours of sleep at least and drink lots of water, I don't have a routine but I do these two times everyday 'and a must in the night before I sleep'. I started before one month ago and i forgot to measure i can't tell you exactly but i have the measure on the wall so i can say that my height increased almost two inches... believe me guys you can do what ever you want if do the right things
But once a day might not works but you have to keep it
It is better to do this twice 3 times a day
Also i jumped 100 and day and day i did more like 200 hundred jumps... jump stretch jump stretch and etcetera... write it down how much you did. Jumping annoys the growth hormones.

Lie down and stretch as much you can and imagine that you are stretching very much and growing you have to imagine that all the time hour second everywhere.
So because of my scoliosis my one leg is shorter than the other so i am doing these stretch more seconds for my shorter leg and hanging on the bar with some weight like 5/7 kg. I read these all from the rustam akhmetov'book i recommend you... you should read it and also he has a video and the TH-cam with English subtitles he grew 23 cm after 18 years old.
Eating carrots 2/3 a day take lots of A, E, D and omega fish oil for your skin, olso your skin has to be like elastic it has to be stretched while you are growing and after your shower apply baby oil for skin cracks.

Fixed my posture with a wall, Added jumping exercises, more protein intake, drank more water and best to get as much sunlight as possible. Let’s hope in the next few months i might be able to go to 165 cm. I’ll update if i actually get to 164 cm.

I gave myself a challenge to grow from 4'8 to 5'5 before the end of 2024...✨️
I have started doing these stretches and some other exercises which all in total take 40 to45 mins daily but twice , once in the morning and once in the evening. Besides these exercise I quit all the junkfoods till I achieve my desired height plus added high protein deit in my whole day meals, twice a day full glass of milk with one spoon of long looks Ayurvedic powder (it consist of various ayurvedic pure substances which helps in the growth ) which my papa bought for me after researching about it. Also for vitamin D I take sunbath in the morning for 15 to 20 mins with light clothes. (Gender - Female , Age - 17 years 9 months)

Reason : I haven't gave much importance to my sleep and eaten junkfoods in between days ...also after 15 days I lacked my protein deit 🥲. So I guess these things must have stopped my efforts which I was putting through exercises.
Benefit : Though I haven't grown but a best thing happened that now I got a habit of doing excercise and stretching and I don't procrastinate about it. I have been doing this for almost 2 weeks and it does help a lot with posture. I'm 22 and was told I'll grow at least 6cm in a few months as both of my parents are tall (5'9 and 5'10) and improve doing these exercises. Whoever comments here please do remind me to update next month

1st update: Apparently I'm now 1'68. I was beside a friend's parent who I was smaller than, and she told me I looked a bit taller. I'll keep doing these stretches, maybe I can reach 1'70 in a few months.
2nd update: I am 1'67. 3. When I first started I didn't check my height with a doctor, since then, ive grown an inch. A few months ago I was 1'66 and something. With certain shoes I am 1'68, the stretches are working, since in an adult it works different for everyone, but I do feel improvement. I'll keep doing them, maybe I won't be 1'70 but I'll grow a little bit enough to not roll my jeans up xD

I will also have a healty nutrition.Make sure you eat enough calcium(diary products most important milk,tofu,leafy greens),protein(meat,fish,eggs,diary,nuts),vitamin D(sunlight,fatty fish,egg yolks),Zinc(meat,shellfish,diary,whole grains),Iron(red meat,poultry,fish,beans),Vitamin A(liver,diary products,orange,yellow fruits and vegetables),Vitamin C(citrous fruits,strawberries,bell pepers,tomatoes),Magnesium(whole grains,seeds,leafy greens),Phosporus(dairy,meat,fish poultry,whole grains),Calories(whole grains,lean protein,fruits,vegetables).
Get enough sleep 8+ hours.
Also try running/sprinting they will boost your height grow hormone.
Okay now lets head back to the streeches

I see slight improvement. I was 5’4 on the dot. Now I’m a bit above that. Almost 5’4 1/4. I’d definitely give it a try. I’m using this video and (2 others). Doing a total of 90 mins of stretching a day. Hope that helps. :)

Day 2: 🎈 helped get rid of tension and feel better posture for some reason
Day 3: 🎈 still nothing but had a good sleep and legs look slimmer
Day 4: 🎈 definitely grew 1 or 2cm in growing taller than my mom (my mom is 5'5 so almost my size, but I grew taller that when i passed my hand thru our heads, it passed thru fully.)
Day 5: 🎈 More flexible and my posture is 5x times better, it's very good as an after-workout stretch too.

(present-day) Day 14 or 15: 🎈 sorry I didn't update but I'm excited to say I have grown 2 inches and something. Whenever I get stiff in my back I do this and it relaxes me right away. Also, Always notice your breathing it relaxes you so much and it's kinda like your meditating. I do this every night now lately since in the morning I have been busy with studying and school, tests, and quizzes are coming up in my school and course so I don't do this in the mornings but I do it every night. Right now I just finished a workout and did this stretch and I noticed my flexibility has grown so much, that I can already- close enough do slips :) THIS REALLY WORKS. Also, I'm 5'7 point something not sure about, but I'm so happy because when I measured myself with my brother's height (which is 5"9) I noticed I exceed his shoulder when back then I used to be around his chest area.
