Even if she was listening to loud music IT IS HER RESPONSIBILITY TO BE AWARE OF HER SURROUNDINGS including whether a lit up police car is behind her. In this case, ignorance isn’t an excuse. What if she had been delaying an ambulance or fire truck behind her? First thing I learned in driver’s education was constant situational awareness. Being oblivious is a good way to get dead or cause another’s death. Awareness has saved me many times.
The people defending her are ignorant lol , that or they’re stupid teenagers with no real life experience
She knew the officer was there. It sounds like she was calling someone and hoping they’d meet up with her to “save” her. She’s still screaming for them to help when she’s pulled out of the car. I highly doubt the music was up that loud the whole way, otherwise she wouldn’t be able to hear the person she was on the phone with. Just another person who thinks the rules don’t apply and they should never be held accountable.

@@shelbyseitzinger927 I did a pretty in-depth study of excessive force in law enforcement back in grad school. Granted, this was data available as of 2014, but by and large I imagine you’d get the same results I did even today.
One of the primary factors that determines how “aggressive” an officer is, if not the most important, has more to do with the officer’s experience on the job and their perceived safety wearing the badge than anything else.
Many departments include in their training videos such as this one, and worse; they show recruits and veterans alike the dash cam and body cam footage of their colleagues being ambushed and/or gunned down in the field. This is for training purposes to help officers stay more aware of their surroundings and the nonverbal cues given off by their suspects. Sometimes there’s no predicting or stopping what’s coming, but officers are still tasked with actively investigating and apprehending the most vile people our world has to offer, all while knowing damn well that some of them would gladly open fire on anyone in uniform.
After cataloging tens or hundreds of thousands of data points and putting them through specialized software, one ratio popped out; an officer’s risk of using excessive force is largely determined by two factors; their exposure to violence on the job, and how much of their time is spent dealing with it. If you compare the total number of violent crimes reported and responded to by law enforcement to the number of law enforcement officers employed to deal with them, that’s the factor that seems to most determine that risk. This doesn’t mean that other officers won’t step over the line, but even there the same factors apply; the more an officer has been shown, through training or experience, that their life may be in danger on any given day, the more likely they are to get aggressive when they don’t necessarily need to.
Every time a suspect speeds off, starts acting antsy, gets aggressive, or starts making sudden antagonizing moves, they’re reminded of videos of their colleagues being gunned down, and their training that proves that a suspect can draw and fire before their victim has time to react effectively. A suspect with a knife can cover 30 feet and deal a lethal blow before an officer can draw, aim, and fire, taxers don’t always work (and certainly not the way they’re shown on TV), and other less-lethal options often have minimal effect on suspect high on adrenaline or uppers. They’re also aware that a suspect can take several center-mass shots with a 9mm and still be on the attack, running on adrenaline alone, and quite a few officers have lost their lives that way.
When someone starts getting aggressive, argumentative, or sketchy, officers will sometimes meet fire with bigger fire; a show of verbal force right out of the gate to demonstrate how serious the situation is and how badly the suspect is outgunned. It tends to work.
The fact that the boyfriend shows up PROVES that she knew the cop was behind her. That's why cops demand you stay off the phone. They don't want you calling people to show up and potentially attack them. She kept driving to ensure she could tell him exactly where she was.
She was on the phone with him stupid

Are they drivers or "travellers"?
the first stop was not legal. You can't just run people's plates "just because" and that traffic stop was 100% illegal. any info obtained during it is not admisible in court.
@Burger_pants confidently incorrect much? It's a highway patrolman's literal job to run plates. They don't need probable cause to do it. They can absolutely run any plate they see for any reason, or for no reason at all, and they aren't violating your rights by doing so.

Second arrrest - i can make a concrete conclusion. She said he pulled out a gun , pointed at her, asked for her drivers license, and then randomly yanked her. I don't think you have an explicit right to call a lawyer during a stop either;
The courtroom is the courtroom, and citizens should comply with all police orders during the incident and raise rhe matter later in court if they believe their rights have been violated; they should clarify whether the officers comments are requests or threats under duress of arrest, but even if an officer is acting unlawfully, it is unlawful for the citizen to refuse their order,
You will be given ample opportunity to call a lawyer at a later point in time, but you don't have the right to hold up a traffic stop to contact a lawyer

I can’t believe there were no dui charges for the last guy. He definitely didn’t sound sober and he went over a wall. That’s wild he wasn’t drunk.
he was just mad at the cops, "aggressive manner" or insulting cops isn't a crime, him not complying is
The second lady yelling "I'M ALREADY F***ING CALM BRUH" is gold
**Nicole has a chip on her shoulder the size of Mt. Everest!
**If she didn't see flashing lights or hear a siren for several blocks she shouldn't be on the road at all! She thinks screaming and interrupting that officer works for her. Why did she get arrested?? That's a no-brainer!
**She is setting up her excuses before getting arrested ... high anxiety. That's a new one. She is so far out there even she has no idea what's up or down! How does holding her ankles equal choking her out?
**Miles is his own worst enemy.
Does Nicole everr..........shut up????? 🙄
Amen, amen again! I'm sick of these people, absolutely sick of them. Did she call the cop a fat @$$-girl bye! I love when a real cop shows up on the scene and shuts it down. The ones that don't give a damn about what lawyer you got or who your mama is! Thanks to all the good cops out there, I appreciate you if no one else does!
Don't forget the blanton racism
These people are obnoxious. The police offers don't get paid enough to deal with them.
I'm not sure what laws actually govern police behavior, put the climate lately has gone from holding bad cops accountable (which should happen) to police officers almost afraid to police! Especially for people of color, I get it, minorities have been mistreated and abused by law enforcement and still are. But acting like just because you are a minority gives you some kind of right to act a damn fool with the police hoping the Jessie Jacksons and Al Sharptons of the world show up to for their 5 mins of tv time and that the ACLU files some stupid lawsuit to hopefully get them some money is plain ridiculous. Not every case is police brutality, not every stop is a damn lawsuit!
Mobile retail employees
that first lady was so disrespectful and the cop was so patient and professional.
I wish to see people like first lady to meet coop that's not polite, not friendly when your not cooperating. Great video btw 🙂
I have severe anxiety and i suffer every minute with it, but i would never react the way the second woman did. Wow. Definitely making it worse for herself.
Me too. It is debilitating however that doesn’t mean I treat people disrespectfully. I hate when people use it as an excuse because it really hurts the rest of us that do suffer from it because then people don’t take it seriously. Hope yours gets better!
I’m agoraphobic from anxiety but I also have bpd and hate any perceived injustice being done against which thanks to my bpd may not always be an actual injustice so truly don’t know which mental illness would take over in that moment 😂😂
@@TheGeekDotCom”mental illness”
Same , if I was in this situation , I would start crying and try not to shut down .
@@TheeRogueAngel literally same
Right off the bat, I've seen Nicole pulled over so many times. She currently has somewhere between 27-30 DUI, driving with license suspended/revoked, drug possesion, etc., etc..
How is she not in jail
lol love how the guy is recording like it’s gunna change the outcome come 😂
7:05 him not laughing and losing it at her face is AMAZING man😂😂😂
I love how she said she has “daddy issues” like that’s a major problem 💀
the officer dealing with Miles is possibly the most patient man i have seen in my life
The way Miles was fidgeting, speaking nonsense, talking about some hiding spot in his car & the fact that the front end of his vehicle was hanging over that ledge, I'm surprised he wasn't tested for being under the influence.
@@razztazz1982 Yeah i was literally "screaming" from about 2 seconds into their interaction, that this guy seemed to be on something ....
@@JohnDoe-bd5sz Yep.
@@razztazz1982because most people in Joliet are on something
"I'm waiting for my car" ......... ??? uhhh are you not IN your car?
Yo these videos are playing while I’m relaxing and playing madden bro these are og
The first girl and the second one was equally uncooperative and disrespectful. One left in handcuffs the other one left with citations. Gotta love America.
"The pills were in plane view" ngl I laughed at that
She said “oh they were in plain view? Okay😔” 😂😂😂
@@KanasKleanouts Captions said plane view tho
Some giant freakin pills if you can see em from the plane! 🤯
@@odobenus159 just BIG pupils 🤣
That third girl is definitely hooked. She looks like she hasn’t been eating well either. Her face is all sunken in :(
Them saying “I was not doing nothing” is funny bc of the double negative they’re basically saying “I was doing something”
The way the cops treat black women vs other is amazing
Legend has it that the girl with Zanax is still going on about being choked out.
Chocked? Like chock the tires so the car doesn't roll? Or maybe it's "choked" instead?
@@gypsyspirit2510 Good catch...
"Nicole's irritating behavior"... that's the understatement of the century.
That last one has a heck of twist, bro, dude.
Police officer " I just found Xanax on your seat"
Adult in a toddler s body" girl, the fact that's you're going through my stuff" 🤣🤣
The "OH GIRL! YOU WANNA CHOKE ME OUT" and the lil speech at 28:33 got me rollin bro 😭
It's so interesting that a lot of people in these videos pick one cop to hate and are decent with the others. Like they focus all their energy on one person.
That's a very common behaviour among narcissists. They make one person, who they view as the weakest, the scapegoat, and focus all their abuse on them.
This is the most prevalent among narcissistic families
love your channel bro. past few nights I've been staying up late watching this, so addicting. I love crazy people for the content they produce. SUBSCRIBED
