She finessed her rights to the point of getting out of a legal confirmation of intoxication. They can't just enforce a DUI based on the arbitration of the subjected officers. That would be a scenario for a monarchy type society, which we do not live in. As for her killing someone someday, well you might be right, but it's not a crime until after the fact.

Alot of these drink prior to being so far gone. By the time they are in the car, all the alcohol will hit them.
I mean, that's not always the case, but so many of these videos they tell the cops 2 drinks out of habit but alot will say "An Hour Ago" and I do believe that would be a true statement but that would be with her last drink before entering the car.
Hard liquor sometimes takes a bit to hit you. All I got. The two drinks means you have had at least 10x that amount.

In the UK, the penalty is an unlimited fine, a driving ban of at least 12 months and a possible prison sentence of 6 months.

As a first responder, my heart sank: at that point, they didn't know what was wrong with her. She could have had a seizure or a diabetic emergency, or numerous other medical issues.

Here in Germany we have §36 abs. 5 StVO wich says "Police officers are allowed to stop road users for traffic control, including checking their ability to drive and to carry out traffic inquiries."
There is no propable cause needed.
Every traffic stop I had in my life, were just random ones to check the papers, and they were over in less than five minutes.
Same in my home country. America went too far with human so-called rights. The fact that a drunk driver has the right to refuse any kind of testing is infuriating. It's like if a shop lifter could refuse their shopping cart to be searched.
Same here in Denmark. The police can stop you at any time and check if you have a driving license and if you're drunk/stoned on something. If one refuses to take a breathalyzer test and/or mouth swap they're in their right to arrest one and get a blood sample drawn by a doctor. Making a scene and resisting doesn't make things better and will only add additional charges if one hits a cop or causes damage to their vehicle. Anyway, the blood sample will be taken.
Yes, coming from Germany myself I can verify that. However, when I was young and had long hair (classic playing drums in a metal band), I was pulled over alot and forced to pee for marihuana test several times - that was really annoying. It's a profiling thing, my looks matched the description of a "default drug user" for the cops. Also, when I confronted the police man after being stopped twice in 2 weeks at the very same spot, it was the first time I encountered an aggressive officer. All I did was ask why they check the spot so frequently and got directly verbally abused because I dared to ask what they do. These kind of cops are the reason people stop respecting law enforcement because it is really a shitty feeling having done nothing wrong and being treated like a criminal.
In Mexico, you just wait for the officer while holding $500 pesos and they let you go. People complain about corruption, but the same people are always ready to do it just to get going.

@@helenagreenwood2305 A person can be detained while an investigation is underway, with or without being handcuffed. And can be released from being detained. Once officially arrested that is it. Many people do not understand the difference of being detained vs being arrested and make things much worse for themselves.

Of course, the drunk lady did not go to jail because it happened in Michigan. I have dealt with the Livonia police department before and they absolutely do not care unless you murder someone or have a legal guns that they want. You will not go to jail. My friends mom had gotten arrested for a DUI four times before they took her license. That's insane.
That seems to be one of the leading reasons our country’s crime rate is so high. No consequences for breaking the law.
I’ve seen first-hand what happens when drunken idiots get behind the wheel. Not only have I been hit twice by such people, but I’ve witnessed multiple fatal crashes.
The first was before I started driving myself. I was out for a walk and saw the impact, but since it was nighttime and 150-200 yards away, all I saw at the time was the headlights jump and dance. When I got to there, several others had stopped and several of them were already traumatized. The guilty party was standing by his totaled pickup, smiling and bragging that he wasn’t injured. He joked that he should have called for a ride. The other driver had been decapitated, with her teenage daughter and daughter’s friend were in the vehicle with her. They had to mop the mother’s blood and fluid off the daughter to determine which blood belonged to who.
The second one was on the same road, five miles north. A woman drove full-speed into the back of a flatbed stopped at a light. She never hit her brakes. Everything from the chest up was crushed and mangled, with gray matter spread over the headrest and back seat.
The third was on I35, an hour or so north of Oklahoma City. Two men were traveling southbound when they lost control and his the median. The vehicle rolled multiple times. They couldn’t determine who was driving, as one had been tossed around the vehicle and the other partially ejected. When the latter was halfway out of the vehicle, it rolled over on top of him, spreading his mangled parts over the asphalt at ~70mph. They found his ID in his jeans, which were 60-80 feet from his head. They just followed the entrails to his dismembered legs and pelvis, which were launched off into the brush.
People think that being arrested for DUI makes the cops the enemy, but from personal experience, that’s their golden opportunity to learn from their bad behavior before they make a mistake they can’t recover from.

Even while in the dream it was horrible, I just somehow managed to put the car to a stop safely and I refuse to believe it would've been much better in real life.

The problem here is more than likely is because the thief has eye lashes that are far too long and excessively heavy which has caused her brain to malfunction by shutting down. Thereby, she has not been allowed to think like a normal person. Further, I am sure that her being a member of the Black race has nothing whatsoever to do with her theft of merchandize, other than to give her a reason to refer to the police officers as being racist. (i.e. All Black people call police officers, Racist) It is the old projection of guilt being transferred from her to the officers, albeit it rarely works in today's educated society. But who knows, in a situation like this, it may work, if it does not, then so be it, she tried.
