I would love to hear a breakdown of the science behind the programming. Looks like great moves that really challenge the neuromuscular system. Also curious of how you choose the proper weight and reps.

amazing exercises congratulations !!!. a question where can I buy this type of medicine balls? . there are several types on the market but these look great. I want to know what kind of weight you would recommend for a 60/65 kg boxer?

3kg is recommended in their course, I think 3kg is good for one handed throws. 7kg for 2 handed throws. Increase weight if you want when you improve, but It should be explosive and performed at maximum intensity, 3-4 sets of about 6 reps . This is from my own research , can link you to some studies if you want

But the point is to be as explosive/fast as possible and also as efficient as possible, using ur legs and core to transfer power. So there is no point moving to a heavier ball if you could still be faster with a lighter ball . I think the boxers in this video aren’t using heavy balls

Good exercises I think the most impressive thing is that you are doing that in front of mirror without smashing them

Great exercises but most of them doesnt help me. I am looking for ones I can do alone outside. I pretty much cant just release the Medball and have it break someones window lol.

@@worldwarz9317 go to a park slam then against the cage while standing about 4 foot away, you just have to pick it up yourself

@@JohnSmith-gp4kj I'm back in the gym now so all is well. It was just an issue because of Covid and all the rules you had to follow at the gym. They have all been dropped in the meantime. Thank you for your feedback.
