We are at a point where people are no longer fighting for equality instead fighting for inequality. We don't need preferential treatment of any group or race. I'm in the equal opportunity not equal results camp. Do away with everything that gives anyone preferential treatment including but not excluded to affirmative action and hiring people because of quotas. Make companies be transparent with hiring practices not force them to hire minorities because they need to meet a quota. This actually hurts minorities because their co workers will always think that they were a quota hire.

The problem with Social Justice is that creates more problems than solution. Another problem is people with this thinking never reflect that some of us don't want them to fight on my behalf.

Social justice warriors have got all wrong. The greatest thing you can do to fight for social justice is support candidates who celebrate individual liberty. Individual liberty doesnt give power to the institution but the individual. Everytime you support candidates who speak to the common good of mankind without any regard for individual liberty you are supporting power of the state. The institution.

Social justice simply means that the EFFORT you put into your economic life will have to tangible benefits, since the fruits of those labors will be seized by people who do nothing themselves, and will take your money and hand it out to people who live wasteful lives.

This was a dull talk, you didn't bring up anything I haven't heard before.
Yes, I agree that attitudes have changed in western society with regards to the LBG community. The issue is the trans community. Speaking for myself, I will support trans people but there are so many people claiming to be trans but all they are doing is jumping on a train they think is trendy at the moment. It is difficult to support a group when you don't know if they are genuine or not.

Most reasonable people do accept trans-gender people, but some areas exist where there must be separations. Trans women in sports. Trans women in prisons. Medical treatments for trans people.
I keep hearing about violence against trans women of color. Then you find out it is almost always their boyfriend or family member committing the violence; the kind of violence that occurs all of the time, unfortunately, also among cis people.
