"Hi, I'm Chris Sewall, Baseball card collector, investor, dealer and..... stripper(in that order)"
@kenrogers1948 is he known as the gyrating jedi on stage?
The most unenthusiastic stripper you've ever seen!
@@reubensnyder4656 'near-mint man meat' was what I heard...
@kenrogers1948 well chris has to be the main talent cause the texas snowman caught a cold draft and isn't stage ready
That 91 Topps story is heartbreaking. His son was quite likely similar in age to me, and most other into the hobby. Bless him and his family for their sacrifice.
Oh man. One of the most emotional videos you have ever done Got Me good man. My thoughts are with that man , 😢🙌🙏
Our pic made your video! Thanks for the quick chat, always nice seeing you, and thanks for buying ... as usual
Nice to meet you there. I bought a 72 Carlton from you on Thursday, and you made a cameo in my own National recap vid. Cheers.
i wish phillip seymour hoffman was still around to play the Texas Snowman in your biopic
Didn't get the chance to talk with you Chris but the TH-cam meetup was awesome! Glad to hear you made out well at the National. It was an incredible time.
Hi Chris, it was great seeing you at the You Tube get together. Thank you for sharing these stories. The National was awesome.
Thanks for taking a few minutes at your booth to chat with me Chris. It was great meeting you. Glad your son is enjoying be back in the States. National was a lot of fun. Glad you enjoyed your stay in Cleveland. Until next time.....
It's an alternative way to spend money instead of the dollar bins I guess. Good luck Chris! 😂
The National jumped the shark only having it in Chicago and Cleveland. The best Nationals EVER were in Anaheim. I have been to 17 Nationals, total..
It was cool to meet you man! I was guy right before the kid came up with his soccer card that was worth 600 and wanted the full amount and you were like 480 is best I can do because I would expect to get 600. One thing I forgot to do was buy something! Must have been starstruck or amazed by your height as I didn’t realize how tall you were! Keep the cool stories coming man!
That's the best time to eat and sleep well! Confused.
Wow what a story on the '91 topps packs. Thanks for your service to all the Veterans out there!
It was terrific meeting you and the Snowman, albeit briefly, at the TH-cam get-together. Sounds like the real action was out in the parking lot, not in the VFW hall!
I was only able to get in for day one and it was terrible for me. I waited 5 hours in line to get in and my car was broken into. I actually enjoyed Atlantic City more.
Chris, it was fun to say hello! For me, anyway?
I was the stranger who said “you sure are lucky the tickle monster isn’t around” when you were carrying a stack of shoeboxes to your table. Great recap… glad you had a great show!
RIP and Godspeed to the soldier lost in Iraq....
Great content. Thanks for sharing.
i liked the 1991 topps wax story.
It was very cool to finally get to meet you in person at the national! Glad to know the "Sewall is an AI character" rumors are unfounded. Thanks for sharing the '91 Topps pack story.
😂😂😂 great story ❤ dry humor is on point 🤣. I'm always in awe of these rare Jordan cards, wish I can afford them just the raw ones.
Glad to have meet you and thanks for the conversation. I did have to go out by the smokers to finish my work because of the WiFi
I am a Jordan PC guy so looking forward to your video meeting Josh. Thanks for all you do!
Great video. Thanks for sharing the different aspects of the show and not just about the show.
Brian here, watcher, commenter, subscriber. In that order. Good stuff.
LOL, .... A back Seat .. or Parking Lot "deal" is usually the stuff .. Dreams are made of! (as long as no Cruisers are involved?) 😃
The Veteran story, was an Honor to hear!!
If anyone thought, that this "hobby"/passion cant involve
"Life Changing" stories, .... ?
(you've just been enlightened!)
Good stuff, Brother!!
Thank You for sharing it!

Would’ve been so perfect if Todd’s car was a used Toyota Camry. 🤞
Moynihan mentioned on his channel how much he enjoyed his time with you. My question is....did he make a contribution to your business..lollll
Haha no but I didnt have any inventory he would have been interested in :)
You're such a good person
Would have been cool to see a video of you guys in the back of that car. Great video.
There were MULTIPLE bathrooms and every one was lined up at the one and the others had no lines
I'm glad to have met you & Jeremy. It was a great show
It was nice to meet you at the show on Friday. What a crowd that day. Regular roller Ken Stabler rookie story. Glad you had a good show.
Awesome, Tom. I didn't know you were into cards also. Arrowhead cards FTW 🤘👍
Hey Chris. We met Sunday morning (the Joe Montana collector). Had a great time! You wouldn’t believe the experience I had with Joe. All the travel was totally worth it. Joe was awesome, genuine, and incredibly friendly. Not sure I can ever top it? Thanks for the chat and for sharing some time with me. Also man, you are way taller than I expected lol
You should get the pack slabbed. Maybe with a grader that will allow for some sort of titling?
Was cool getting to see you behind a table unlike AC nats, and I'm digging on the pastel Greenberg I got from you guys at a solid regular roller price.
What a touching story ❤️
It was nice meeting you Chris. I was the guy who asked if you were a streamer…. Lol
Chris, looking forward to your Magic Mike TH-cam channel. I hope your next act is brilliant. Good luck with that endeavor!
This is Mark Schlosberg. Was good to say hi after submitting several regular rollers. Glad you had a great show. It was awesome!
I saw you at one point at the show but you and the snowman looked pretty busy working on something so I didn't want to interrupt...we have to have you on again sometime...maybe get the snowman to do 8 Questions!
PS I needed a picture of the three of you in the back seat of that car haha
I'm glad u had a great time
Great meeting you and Jeremy.
It was great to meet you and Jeremy at the show. I didn't buy from you directly, but I did get lots of good stuff from the booth you shared with the other guys.
Looking forward to that MJ collection!
ohhh, the story about the 1991 Topps BB pck. Peace to Tom.
You must of meet Josh Dawson, It’s crazy the mj stuff he owns.
5:00. Is that a 52 Mantle in your pocket or are just happy to see me? 😂😂😂😅
Thanks for taking the time to say hi and take a picture.
Chris “Stripwell”? Maybe in another life. 😂 Great stories. Thanks for sharing.
One of my favorite experiences was at your booth when Jeremy handed me a stack of blazers that had just come back from PSA and asked my opinion on the grades. Crack that 55 Aaron!
Thanks for sharing these stories, and that '91 Topps pack note in particular. There are more cards in a box of '91 Topps than there were American troops that never made it back home. We don't hear much about the families that lost loved ones because the numbers were so few, but that story really brought the feeling to light.
That last pack I thought you were going to say it was Desert Shield cards! Or maybe those never came in packs.
CAMEO!! 🎉 also, I thought for sure you were going to tell the story of the kid with the missing case
Ahhh I forgot to include that one!
Any chance you have the name of the man’s son who didn’t make it home? Could be an opportunity to honor him in the hobby, perhaps a “pay it forward, remember …” type thing.
I do not have their name but I like your idea.
Woulda been right if he said: "Hey, are you a ripper?"
Going to Fanatics Fan Fest in NY or would consider going to one of their events in the future? I know a lot of people probably love the National, and Chicago, but since it's going to be there for, at least for the next 3 years. It could give Fanatics an opportunity, to do what they set out to do having shows sort of, like, the comic cons throughout the country. I am not the biggest fan of them, but I am in the opinion that this could be good for the hobby..... time will tell.
Here's my rookie Chris Sewall bow-chicka-wow-wow insert card...
It's 2024 and we still have lines for restrooms?
My man got the bacon neck going on lol 😂
Did they ever find that $2M case of cards that was stolen a few weeks ago? Haven't heard anything since.
As far as I know they have not found it.
@@collectorinvestordealer Thanks for the response. What a crazy story.
How much the table cost in the national
If you believe in good karma, having your cosmic Che in line with the universe or good Ju-Ju I’d never sell or open that pack of 1991 baseball cards that was given to you!! There is something sacred that the guy never opened them after his son pasted away in a war….
😂😂 Thanks for sharing
chris needed security detail, getting to famous
In your opinion, what’s the Michael Jordan holy grail 1/1 card?
Just curious, what year is that opening picture from? I was trying to tell by the boxes on the shelves in that card store, but can't figure it out haha
I worked at that store from 1996-1999.
@@collectorinvestordealer awesome, great times!!
It’s 2024 every major event should have the best wifi available with no issues. From small card shows to the big shows there almost always seems to be wifi issues. I don’t get it.
The sentiment I've been hearing a lot is this National at Cleveland was their largest at that venue. Most convention centers probably are not going to be able to manager such large groups of people. Wifi issues are expected. Not sure what anyone can really do to fix that problem.
1987 fleerbasket ball rare than 1986 cuz it didnt sell sothey cut production for the 1987 set
What would be Chris’ stripper name? Camry?
"Are you a stripper?"
Are you in the states?
Yes I live in Maryland
@@collectorinvestordealer I thought you were in Europe
I was but I moved back about a year ago.
@@collectorinvestordealer I still remember you when you were at Frank & Sons
the 1986 fleer jordan notthat inpresive the early star cards thats where it is at that 86 fleer way over priced
2:05 - Nothing but overweight, middle-aged white guys. Love it....
What’s the average BMI of that crew?
First
We have a winner!
I want to win a booster box!⚾🏈🏀🏒
