Thank you very much - yeah I’m sure she was thrilled to get rid of the stuff. I did end up getting these graded too which you can see in a later video
Man what a find!!
Thank you!
damn, hit a nice little batch of 81 fleer...they looked pretty crispy
Yeah they were in nice shape / thanks for watching
Not only like treasure hunting but its also helping other's out lets not forget getting views 😅 thanks.)
Thanks for watching! Yeah I love treasure hunting and all yard sale sellers love to clear stuff out
You should be going nuts on those 86 Fleers cards! :)
Thanks for watching- yeah I was pretty excited - I’ll have a follow up grading reveal at some point in the near future
Did nobody see the really nice comb he found? Way better find than the cards.
I had the comb in my hand for a second but didn't actually buy it (it was tangled in the jewelry and watches if I recall)
You can’t beat those 86’s for $3, goooood lord 🔥🔥
Yeah an exciting find - thanks for watching!
@@vintagesportflips glad I found your channel, I love watching flea market and garage sale finds 👍
Ray finkle owned them football cards “Laces out”
Lol - finkle is einhorn, einhorn is finkle - thanks for watching
what a find with that fleer imagine getting a jordan off that. those cards were all mint. great find nonetheless
Thanks Saucy pulls - yeah was an exciting find even without the Jordan - they're out getting graded now so I'll make a followup video when they come back from grading
@@vintagesportflips pls do I will follow u
@@vintagesportflips do u know how much the Isiah cards are going for graded/raw
@@saucypulls I’m not certain - the grade will determine the value for them
Those Lionel train sets too. Resell very well
Yeah - they were probably a good buy - I'm not a fan of selling trains though and have a ton in my warehouse to wrestle with at some point - thanks for watching
You and Zack Hample are the best.
Thank you very much for the compliment and for watching Jay!
What year are those kelogs cards?
I’ll have to check - thanks for watching
Still a great buy. Wow. Nice!
Thank you for watching! Its finds like these that get me up early Saturday mornings
All that money on those cards, and you still want discount on stuff! 😂😂
Makes up for the not so good buys.
my best find was also my worst day collecting i was at a flea market in 79 and guy had a shoebox full of cards he wanted 15 dollars for i had paper route so i had 5 dollars left, he said you can have a hand ful so i grabbed a handful from front gave him the 5 dollars put them in a brown bag went home i got home i found a 59 mantle , 58 aaron 66 aaron , 66 clemente , 54 mantle 71 ryan, i wish i had 10 more dollars to buy the box , but it got me to start buying older cards , my first cards i bought were 75 topps and oldest first card was a 71 aurielo rodriguez i still have all these cards and more
Wow what a $5 buy - 54 Mantle! plus other Mantles and Aarons! I can see how that got you into buying vintage cards. Thanks for watching
@@vintagesportflips my first card was a 71 Aurelio Rodriguez baseball card I found in a abandoned house when I was 5 across from my house I've been collecting since 75 I love the older ones
@@ronwallace6273 very cool - I collected cards including a lot of vintage in the 80’s - got away from it and more heavily into memorabilia. Have been getting back into cards this past year and we’re chronicling some vintage collections we’re working on in videos that come out on Mondays on my channel
@@vintagesportflips cool ill look for them , I got out of sports cards i started working on cars ,went in army , combat engineers and got out made train cars got disabled back to sports cards never really stopped just sidetracked
That would be around $110,000.00 if you got all 10's. $75,000stickers, $35,000 cards. All 9's would still be $30,000 $27,000 stickers and $3,300 cards. I'll gladly relieve you of ab Isiah rookie card and a Kareem sticker. Lol you will still have 3 Isiah thomas and 1 kareem sticker. That was an unbelievable Pic. I them cards and sticker looked immaculate! Grade them all. A couple of good 10's and you have a new car. First time watcher but not last. Keep us updated 🤑🤑🤑
Thanks for watching! I’m definitely going to get a chunk of them graded and will post a grading reveal update video when that process is done ✌️
I would have taken that entire card table
I should have asked a price for everything - thanks for watching
Love those finds.
Thank you for watching!
Bought a couple boxes of the 1986\1987 Fleet basketball wax boxes back in day...$12@...made four sets and sold for about $500@ a few years later. Great deal but later wish I had hung on...hah. But biggest regret was seeing local TG &Y with thousands of packs filling an aisle side for 3 cents each..had bought 50+ cases and couldn't sell that season. I laughed when saw that they had splurged to buy those....
Wow - very cool - I opened some 86 fleer packs back in my childhood and recall hitting and having a Jordan and Barkley. I got the Jordan graded in the early 2000's and sold it far too early too.
Why did you leave that one Topps Ten pack?
I bought a couple - perhaps I missed one that I didn’t see - thanks for watching
@@vintagesportflips never leave a pack behind! Love the vids and cool stuff you find
@@stevenlaforge4546 lol very true - I should have just made a deal on the box - appreciate the nice words
Nice find, area here is late 80’s 90’s junk wax everytime I stop
Thanks for watching - yeah that’s mostly the case for me too - this was a rarity
Will you be interested in sell in the kirby puckett cards?
I'll have to check back at the footage to see the Pucketts - I don't recall them
At the 26 min mark
Dude 90 score best class, AIKMAN, BARRY, RISON, THURMO, DERRICK, IRVIN ROOKIES
N THOSE BBALL ROOKIES, HAKEEM. ISAIAH NICE
Thank you for watching! 1989 Score football was the big set with all the rookies - not 1990 unfortunately. We've opened some 89 score on my channel.
@@vintagesportflips oh yea, 90 got the high series EMMIT
Wow, what a find!
Thank you! I opened some of these as wax packs as a kid - hit a Jordan - just as fun this time around to find these
what a find!
Holy moly....even raw ur looking at well over $400 in those 86 fleer...heck of a find
Thanks for watching! yeah was excited about this pickup
Way more than $400, $400 for most of those cards single ungraded. More like 4-5k he just made easy.
@@SkinnyVinnie thanks for watching- I’m going to get a chunk of them graded so we’ll see how that goes - I’ll make an update video after that process
@vintagesportflips and then the right thing to do would be to go back to those people and give them at least 10% of what you're going to make off of them.
Would he be entitled to a refund if he had gotten less than he paid?
It is absurd to say people have to give back some of their profit of of reselling things. If you're selling something, research it. It is on the seller to price their items where they should be.
That horse is straight fire
Thanks for watching- I assume you’re joking about the horse - it sold for $7 on the bay
What a find!
Thank you! Was an exciting one
@@vintagesportflips You're welcome! It sure was even just watching!
This is great, but please tell me why you are cutting open ziplock bags? Just curious 🤔
They were taped closed by the seller as a mystery bag
Wow what a great find I would give anything to find a stack of 86.87 fleers like that 30:11
Thank you for watching- yeah was an exciting box to open
There is no doubt that hundreds, maybe thousands of Jordan rookies biodegraded in landfills across the US over the years.
$3 for the 86 what a great buy
Yeah definitely quite the deal - thanks for watching!
Would you mind parting with a Dr. J?
Hello - thanks for watching - love your name btw - Yes I will be selling them all - I am not sure which ones I'll be getting graded yet but Dr J will be available
@@vintagesportflips I'm a grader for SGC and I have graded over 33,000 cards and items. I was the one that graded the Babe Ruth that sold for $7.200,000 and I graded the Mickey Mantle that sold for $12,500,000 in 2022. I wanted it for my PC. I had it in the past. The whole reason you go to yardsales is in hopes of finding good deals. Don't let anyone make you feel bad for what you paid. You spent your time and struck gold. Some people are so miserable and can't stand when something good happens to someone else.
Good find man! Happy for you, and hope you do well on them.
Thanks a lot man - very nice comment! Appreciate that
Fun pick
I’d be interested in the Bird cards
Thanks for watching Mark - someone actually bought the bird cards on eBay earlier tonight - if they don’t pay I’ll reach out
👍. No worries.
Damn I had that same Tom Landry card ! Brought back memories!
Wow , that $3 box just got you like 500 worth EASY
Yeah, was pretty pumped about the find - Thanks for watching - you can see a grading reveal of these cards on my channel too
As a rule of thumb though for people having yard sales...if someone shows up to your yard sale with a camera don't sell him anything he asks about.
