Bored, I bought a box of 2023 Topps Series 2 baseball cards pulled some decent cards and came across this channel and it all just reignited my love of card collecting.
Man I barely missed you. I came on Saturday and Sunday, I was trying to sell my entire collection and was gonna have you take a look. Nice all around show though, usually is.
And was super lucky to do so. Ryan knows 100x more than me but I didn’t see close to what he paid. Kid killed it. Was some cool stuff but Ryan paid a lot it seemed

There’s a 50.8% chance it lands on the same side that was facing up at the start. Always pick the side that’s facing up, and you’ll always have better odds of winning.
Consider yourself blessed, the guy you did the deal with that had the Connor McGregor shirt on, he has had 4 cards in his display, 2 cmc’s he’s had for the last 8 shows probably that he won’t sell to me even for comps. He only did that deal because that camera was in his face. He’s very difficult to deal with. In my experience anyway.
Why do these dealers insist on negotiating against themselves? It doesn't make any sense. I mean, if you can get them to do so, good on you BUT I don't get why they won't ask Ryan to make the first offer? If these dealers don't have their prices on their cards, they will get cooked lol. At least the dealer at 21:00 does some negotiating - the rest, sheesh!
Always check comps online before buying at shows so not to overpay. And can get cheap to start but I did same and then you want to upgrade. So don’t start to cheap even if get less get better quality. Stick to sports you know also.
Haven’t seen you lose many Deals Ryan your hit rate is phenomenal but that kid pulled one over on you with that lot he got for $250. Cashing him out at $650 seemed steep from the looks of it

It’s crazy someone can buy subscribers from chinese click farms and get to throw out the first pitch at a baseball game. How do you only have an average of less than 5% subscriber views. If you’re really into the “hobby” and “doing good” you would let some kid who goes to your shop throw out the first pitch. If not there’s four guys in Texas who have some cool vintage mantle cards for a great deal.
I doubt it’s purchased subscribers and more of were tired of resellers offering significantly less than the value of cards for their own profit….its cool …but at the point this channel has gotten its more about entrepreneurship and profit margin and less about a hobby and collecting things you truly like and that’s ok this is his journey just not for everybody

dang i dont have the gold but i got the auto /150 at a PSA 10. Super stoked it came back as a 10. Will be in Vegas this weekend for card show

I was going to ask how to start to collect card I am very interested but I know I have to start low to start collecting cards
