I started weights, at your suggestion, in Oct 23 and can really see a difference in my endurance as well as definition !! Thank you for always being encouraging, kind and hilarious!!
This one was sneaky. It started fast with pretty basic choreo. The next thing I knew it was a little faster and I needed to pay attention to follow the choreo and really had to focus to keep my form good since we were flying. This went by in a flash and then I was so sweaty and my watch told me I had an amazing workout. A workout for my brain and my booty that was over in a snap. Thanks Chris!

As someone commented during the Live, I just do everything you post too from kickboxing to Step, to tabata to upper body, lower body, total body, abs, dance, Hiit style, cardio mash ups, mobility, stretch & a new favourite from Day 14, the cardio yoga which I did yesterday & omg my legs particularly my inner thighs are well sore this morning! Thanks Chris you're amazing! ❤

I did this right after the legs session today in the after party and it was just what I needed. Fun, fast, not too much brain power and, for me, low impact but sweaty. Knees are sadly not letting me jump at the moment but I still got an amazing cardio, fun workout. thank you.

My usual routine rotation is a strength day, then a step day, a strength day, a step day, a mobility/stretch day, then start all over. lol Always mixing up the length of the workout , intensity and upper and lower body. 🙂Thank you for all your hard workout bring us these amazing workouts!!!❤
What fun little step class! LOVEA when you have to remind people they won’t turn into the hulk if they do strength. We’re doing the same workout as you and you’re usually lifting same or heavier than most of us so you’re probably a better reference point for people than a fictional green giant monster 😂
I accidentally started doing this video instead of another one that I’ve actually downloaded but hey - no regrets! That was intense but still had step in it so I’ve enjoyed it! I’m a retired fitness instructor and recently started back on step aerobics. Lol a little fast for me( I slowed it down) but you are spot on in your teaching, advice and safe chorey!! I’m so glad to see an excellent instructor!
my workout buddie and I do at least 3 days of your strength training and stretch/mobility. And lemme tell ya, I can now conquer the hills of San Francisco a lot easier than I ever had before. GRAZZZIE.
I love doing strength training now because of you, Chris, so thank you for teaching me and the rest of people following you, the importance of strength exercise. I have always loved step aerobics, and this fast step session was simple, but extremely effective!

No lollygagging around with this one… it gets right to the point and it’s fun too! I had to take a break from faster paced step because on an injury and ended up doing more strength training so I can attest to Chris’ expert advice that more strength training helps with cardio. Not only does it improve caloric burn, but I’ve noticed that my hip flexors, Achilles, and knees can withstand more impact than they could before I started doing equal strength and cardio days. So, even if you don’t love weights, do them so you can keep enjoying cardio! Thanks Chris!
Ty ty ty ty and ty .. again and again. You are so right. Each year I try new. Last year I bumped up to more intermediate step. This year... I did your two week challenge. And like you said in the live work out. The one lady mentioned losing weight. I lost another size. I am toning up now. And LOVING it. Strength training isn't harder. It isn't going to make me bulk. I love your advice. I love your classes and cannot appreciate you enough!!! Thank you for keeping me (and I am sure a few others) going.
