Yeah I agree at first glance I didn't think too much of the pedestrian as he is so far away from the junction...The bus comes past AND turns left obscuring the view of him further...You get a glimpse of him walking in a pretty neutral position...Could just as easily have been following the pavement....Then a van comes by with a trailer no less....I would have been ready to go as he was but once I saw he was crossing I'd like to think I'd just wait.
Glad to see you back, love your videos, sorry but that person constantly beeping the horn at 5.50, they can see its a learner car, I personally wouldn't of apologised till them... I've had many people in learner cars, stall, get confused etc you stay back, give them space and time.. Anyone decent would..
Watching this makes me think how much easier I had it doing my test in a quieter suburban area. Alot of the UK roads in built up areas are a bloody nightmare. Too narrow, plagued by parked cars, confusing and late appearing lanes with no warning or consistency, faded road markings and more. Feel like even experienced drivers would fail every other test.
Excuse me darling, but... WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN??!! (But then again, looking at these clips. I'm guessing you was out, checking for some good life insurance 🤷🏿♀️🤣🤣🤣😁 You left me all alone 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Nice to see you back 😊
For reversing you don't need both hands on wheel, he could observe better with just the one hand. That shouldn't be a fault. 7:30 was an awkward one, should've waited cause of the pedestrian, but if the pedestrian was a couple of seconds later you could have gone and then brake if he steps into the road.
4:35 I'm a little confused. Is that a 1 way street. If not I know he turned into the wrong side of the road but there is literally no room on the left to move in that lane if he turned into it.
I don't get this......In the video the second pupil/candidate was on a driving test, is that correct? If so, how can it be that at 3.58 'the instructor brakes'? If the second candidate was on a test, surely it's the 'examiner' that brakes. Or am I not seeing something?
I agree I feel as though if this is serious for going and using the shield. Some instructors may give you a driver fault for undue hesitation for not going.
Most UK driving instructor videos currently on TH-cam are with bearded Pakistani men instructors with half English/Pakistani accents who say 'yeah' every other word.
How the hell did the second guy not think to use the wipers by himself ?!?!?
I passed my test today first time! I have to say your videos have helped out tremendously. The actual test was way easier than I expected.
7:30 ngl this was hard cuz he probably slowed down for the pedestrian obviously leading to the red car coming closer. unlucky situation

You can see him starting to cross before the learner crosses the center line of the road

Agree. We have all been there after all.

Big curbs are safer for pedestrians.

One of the best instructors in West London have learnt a lot from R he is the best and will always be in getting the right advice.

not surprised the guy in the blue tracksuit kept curbing the car with the way he was using the steering wheel

I think it because he turned straight into the right hand lane. he should have turned into the gap in front of the merc and then pulled out around it
@@Texicus_Reddicus Yeah I though that would be the case. Silly rule really. Unless there's a oncoming car that should be allowed.
I really want to do a mock test with you in isleworth ! How do I go about doing this?

I would fail this shit too, driving on these streets are confusing af XD
I’m jealous of how tiny your curbs are, in the US they’re huge and will rip your car apart with the smallest tap.
But our roads are also tiny lol

pretty sure these are mock tests. that's an instructor not an examiner
I love these videos, I would like to do a mock test

I HATE when people capture everything but the accident itself 😒
How the hell does it work to have both hands on wheel when reversing how the heck is he supposed to look back wtf 1:05
4:19 wise choice
They just kept getting worse
Using a van as a shield to go through roundabout isnt a major fault..cmon!
I agree I feel as though if this is serious for going and using the shield. Some instructors may give you a driver fault for undue hesitation for not going.
First one was too harsh
Why do you think that it was too harsh? I don't think it was.
UK roundabouts are so confusing
8:55 and 9:24
