  • Kia ora, Hello, Kumusta everyone! Welcome back to my channel. In this video, I walk through my #MentalHealth journey in Aotearoa New Zealand, which I have divided into 3 parts (timestamps at the bottom of the description box).
    Part 1 - The timeline. Discussing WHY and HOW I went about getting professional help.
    Part 2 - How and where to get professional mental health help in NZ if you want to start/restart your own mental health journey.
    Part 3 -Things that helped me get through tough parts - and what might help you as well.
