My bua lives in Gomti Nagar. She was one of the first few people whose house was made when Gomti Nagar was started to establish. At that time the house they made was marvelous. Obviously it's been years, things get old fashioned and new kind of architecture comes up.
It's very luxurious & big, but quite busy at the same time. So many themes going on. Congrats to the owner for having his dream bungalow. I'll pass though as honestly speaking the design is too complex for my liking nor I have the kind of money.
Now this is what i call beaitiful vision, execusion and craftsmanship. Not only in the delivery but also the colorpalet . It is homely yet sophisticated, it is sophisticated yet nothing about it is gimmiki. Big shoutout to the architect for his ability to have a clear vision and his ability to meet his clients needs . Beautiful beautiful work ...well done .

Finally someone with money didn't build a dabba. Mr architect did use complex geometry to enhance the simplicity. And the theme of house mild and energetic but not loud.

Here is something I would like to add. In reality , designing a stunning livable home is not as difficult as it sounds like. Yes it needs experience and education but more importantly you are actually born with such talent. Good architecture is not easy to teach and at the same time comes naturally to those who are good. So, what I meant is that all the talking in the video, in a way - " Does not mean so much" A true architect would know what I am talking about.
