My bua lives in Gomti Nagar. She was one of the first few people whose house was made when Gomti Nagar was started to establish. At that time the house they made was marvelous. Obviously it's been years, things get old fashioned and new kind of architecture comes up.
It's very luxurious & big, but quite busy at the same time. So many themes going on. Congrats to the owner for having his dream bungalow. I'll pass though as honestly speaking the design is too complex for my liking nor I have the kind of money.

Yes it needs experience and education but more importantly you are actually born with such talent. Good architecture is not easy to teach and at the same time comes naturally to those who are good. So, what I meant is that all the talking in the video, in a way - " Does not mean so much" A true architect would know what I am talking about.

Finally someone with money didn't build a dabba. Mr architect did use complex geometry to enhance the simplicity. And the theme of house mild and energetic but not loud.
