Kanasu means "a dream" in Kannada. Designed for a conventional Indian family, the main idea was to create a structure such that nature flows into the interior spaces.
Planned on the principles of Vastu Shastra, the spaces spread vertically and meet one another through interconnections, fostering interactions. The home, placed between two trees, follows a warm and minimal material palette.
Principal Architect Rajesh Shivaram explains the design concept behind this house that bridges luxury with closeness to nature.

Great execution. I love how he was easily able to story tell between the trace overlays. Rarely do architects show you the backgrounds of their design like this aside just talking and showing the finished product. Pen to paper is where the design happens.

One thing is missing that you have to understand rainwater harvesting 465 sq mt of plot or 5000 sq ft. 880 mm rainfall in Bengaluru it saves annual 4.07 lakh liters of water
If any one intall their rainwater harvesting plant at that time i m so happy

Well designed interior and excellent planned rooms, only small con I feel is balcony at the entrance is more appearing towards outside, if it's at the level of house it would look more good, may be its only in the video its like that, in reality it may be looking more good, and entrance gate so eligant
It's the most amazing house, it has everything like a theater area, swimming pool with setting area in shades and the barbeque area, it has a family setting area, two types of kitchen, small and perfect water area, green area the car parking, and the actually everything (just like my dream house😅)

5000sq feet . That's a lot of land . 🙊🙊🙊 Usually a good villa can be made in 2400-3600 sq feet . But 5000 is pure gold to own 👍
