I am an architect from pakistan and I can say indian architects are amazing...and their clients too of course.
Complements to the architect for his vision and execution. Not only is it stunningly beautiful, it is also sophisticated. And he has used Indian architecture and modernised it which was icing on the cake for me.

I can only imagine fighting with all the makdi ka jala on the screens all over the house.
I'm a fan of Sanjay Sir from long back. His style of blending the modernistic approach with traditional styles of native architecture styles is what I love the most. I will die peacefully if I get a chance to work in his office and learn from him.

4.5cr Project 43months to Built beautifully done delivered what was asked must have provided too jobs to many needs more project to empower the India!!!! not sure about how dust and rain gonna impact the house as it has too many screens.....

Lacks warmth of a house, looks more like a public museum/art gallery structure but undeniably gorgeous contemporary minimalistic theme.

this house is close to my house...very beautiful. I am always intrigued by it whenever i pass from there. The owners surely enjoy a lot of privacy from the busy road. I couldn't even guess the house had an open garden space..great work by the architects

Wow. What a fantastic house. A traditional house with a beautiful mix modern thinking of privacy. Superb. But one thing, if it is so cool in summer & there is min requirement of air-conditioning, so what will happen in winter bcoz Lucknow experiences a lot of cold weather also. So, it is a must to have clear sunlight flowing into entire house. Well I am not an architect but asking out of curiosity. That's it. Anyway superb work

Ghanta they only did that to give sense of traditional arch of context otherwise it is mess because it creates lots of disturbances in functionality of building.

How you avoided rain water from coming in ? We see gfrc jali in hall and places where there is furniture below it.

What do you do to protect the interior ,the courtyard specially in times when it's rains or it's windy, it's beautiful idea to have those mesh like skylights but, we need some kind of protection. I myself am building a house ,taking design queues from everywhere , within an area one fourth and a budget one tenth of this build. I really like the skylight concept but designing some kind of protection is something to consider...

What about the dust? Thats also an issue.
@@Bishnoi-729 it's not a big deal or a factor as this place faces mainly heat issues. Dust storm is hardly a condition in Lucknow.

In a hot region , having a concrete structure will add up on heat gain in the building and the colour grey again will absorb heat , isn't it creating problem and solving it

Exposure in sense knowledge of Architecture . We believe in what is known to us . The moment we start looking at unconventional things and start accepting it then these preconceived notions disappear. Iam not sure if iam able to explain you. I can understand as Iam an Architect

i guess there is no dust problem there in lucknow unlike our home in visakhapatnam. Cause it would be a very difficult task to clean the jhalis.
