Assalam aleikum, I am from New Delhi (India) and compelled to write the comment as I was randomly going through the videos of various real estate companies based out of India, constructing luxury apartments/bungalows/Villas in and around Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore. When I chanced upon this video " Banjaiga", am stunned with the elegance and exotic appeal. For a moment I felt I'm out of this world. It is a beautiful blend of old and new architect. Interior and swimming pool locations are beyond imagination, and indeed deserve resounding praise. Undoubtedly, lot of efforts and creative imaginations went into carving out such a marvellous structure. In shah Allah! I will have one of this kind, or even better soon. Kudos to all who have worked to make it, and let's pray Allah bless most of us, who don't have own house, with the one.
I've seen many videos of this house and absolutely loved every aspect. The wooden floor, wall panelling, deep verandahs etc reminded me of the grand old houses I spent my childhood in. The wood really adds so much warmth. Best wishes from India ❤
A treat for the architect lover. What a brilliant masterpiece. The use of dark theme wood has enhanced the structure, I love the way she said, I wanted to save the tree. ❤️
Absolutely absolutely LOVE this!!! I’m an architecture student in Italy, and I’m not saying this to flatter, but this is exemplary. With a plot this big, houses often seize to be “homes” because they loose that homely touch. I don’t know how the architect and her team managed to keep the stately look of the house all the while keeping the edifice so welcoming and homely. The details have been thought down to the T. Brava to the entire team! 👏🏻 If there’s anyway to get in touch with the architect I would love to work under her for my internship if that were ever possible.
This looks very nice.I appreciate your hard work👏Personally this gives the feel of a heritage hotel.India is full of them😇The owners of this residence surely are people with access to reasonably huge amounts of wealth 👏
I wish that those who live in this chef-d'œuvre enjoy it too. My family situation is the same, however.. Haha.. my means - end equation is rather wishful. Great job, Madame Amina!
I'm in awe of the architect's ability to blend tradition with modernity in this structure, creating a timeless piece of art that stands out yet feels rooted in its cultural context."
"rooted in its cultural contect" what u on about? It's a western inspired design. I don't see any inspiration of south asian elements in it at all. Pakistani architecture is pretty grim and inconsistent. It's awful.
@@mujtabashah3667what exactly do you think Pakistani architecture is? Pakistan is relatively a very young country. It's historical architecture is the same as India in a way. Mugal architecture, colonial architecture and such
@@WashainNotkani A nations built environment takes cue from it's cultural and historic context. As you pointed out, it's more or less the mughal art form that has inspired large havelis and kothas in this region. Regardless of Pakistan being a young country (it's over 80 years old now!!) it has yet to draw on it's rich architectural heritage to design and build consistent housing infrastructure. You can take an elegant example from the british terraced housing that was designed to house the increasing workforce during Britain's industrial revolution. I live in such a house here, and it has stood up to the elements and has adapted to modern utilities perfectly for over a century. The current trend of so called "defence" housing societies is one of the most hideous and disgusting forms of building projects I've come across. Pakistan is in need of medium storied (7 storied) affordable high-rise apartments to house it's increasing population that is set to reach half a billion in 15-20 years!! The greed and madness in Pakistan is pushing this country to oblivion.
Stunning Ma sha allah and yes your thoughts about that tree is something I’d say I loved the most as you tried your best to save it and here you are Alhamdulillah 🫶🏼🙂
Very well constructed and gr8 detailing Quite similar to My dream home the arches , craftsmanship A dream home lol the one I can’t afford 😂😂😂 God bless to the ones enjoying it ☯️♥️☯️
Masha’Allah a beautifully designed and shaped building build around an amazing tree which was the right thing to do. The arched verandas and bean shaped pool are pleasing to the eye. The inside layout and staircase of the building is also stunning. Agreed, the interior contents are reflective of British Manor House’s and too busy and high maintenance but obviously what the clients wanted. Given the dust issue a simpler Neo classical interior would have been better. Personally, I would have gone for traditional Indian furnishings and fabrics which are exceptionally detailed and attractive. Either way the architecture is elegant and thoughtful.
Beautiful house , remarkable design and relevant for future. 👍 for the architect, the team which constructed the beauty. Well done team banjaiga (share more of the architect's work) . Supplications for the owners.
This structure reminds me of the old Officers' Messes from the British Colonial era. Unfortunately, they are being torn down and replaced with hideous air-conditioned structures.
Beautiful 🏡, inside out , Respect Good Natures Have Kindness Inside out , Thanks. What a beautiful This kind of 🏡 have Attraction , like to visit , May Open 🏠, which part of the 🌏?
If this much amount and effort is spend on an a business venture providing 200 jobs and creating individual wealth and benefitting the country, the people. We need less of ostentatious living and more manufacturing, businesses, trade and commerce like in Japan and China, nobody lives there in huge bungalows. Office buildings should be bigger and well designed, not extravagant, but houses should be simple and practical, as you tend to spend more time in offices and need higher productivity. Homes are there for sleeping and to rejuvenate.

Such a relief from the architecture we observe whilst a drive down DHA. Very well thought, a home for ages.

Brilliant work by the architect!! Love how the culture, outdoors and indoors talk to each other.

10/10 I love it all. Modern and traditional at the same time ❤
The aspiration of the homeowner has been adequately executed with the highly capable person that they appointed to deliver upon their vision.
Amazing perfection for subcontinent people ..I ❤️ 😍
Now the channel has done it's part by calling the architect and explaining the concept of the house and it's purpose
Well imagined and thoughtful design for the three families, in one neighborhood. Nice architecture and elevation.( AQM)

Loved the exterior n layout but interior too heavy n too dark with all the wood .. so happy I saved the big tree it adds more grace n age to the house

Simply WOW
Beautiful
It's beautiful
Genius work done Iwish Amina you could design my dream house
Sure . Soon
Extensive use of wood in the interior made me remind of Frank Lloyed Wright 's architecture.
So much wood work with this dark brown ambiance is giving a very crowded feel. I personally would feel very depressed in such a space 🤨
Heavy ceiling and museum like home and difficult to maintain home. Looks like some shady place
i feel the same, the dark brown woodwork on walls dominates and didn't highlight the furniture and interior in that area

beautiful, please upload in 4K.
Amazing
The home's exterior is stunning, but the interior feels overly ornate, like a museum packed with too much furniture. money talks here....
Ironically to me exterior is not very elegant and choice of colors is also not very attractive. Interior is much more attractive.😊
To each their own .. I personally would never show displeasure at someone's choice especially if it's "their" house
I guess landscape is really poorly done.
you have no idea what you talking about its a beautiful mediterranean style house mostly in Italy
@@bittertruth2243 are you talking about the landscape part or the exterior of the building?

Great job Ma'am..... Video presentation could have been alot better using 3D & Ariel view view ...... When you have money u need reasons to spend...

I like this project very much but only one thing I would point out is that if it was built in cold place….

I think you sound a little jealous there
