You guys give off such a down to earth friendly vibe in your videos. Some other TH-camrs have a “Hollywood” vibe to them with over the top high energy. I just want to chill with my friends and eat good food 😂
Love seeing the Bing Buzz duo again, they seem to push your boundaries when it comes to Chinese food. Great selection of places in Brooklyn. I love a good Dim Sum and that one looked fantastic. The three of you rocked the food choices, as always ❤❤❤
Xin Fa bakery is my favorite Portuguese egg tart spot. You can’t beat the price as well. It’s even better when you put it in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes. 🤤 I’ve been to all these spot and they are great, but haven’t been to them in a minute. I need to go back to do them again. 🤤 Great video Jon and glad to see Ben and Ming again. 💪🏽.
Although a New Yorker I haven’t lived in NYC for longer than I ever lived there. Chinatown is still kind of my favorite place to eat there. On Catharine Street there is a restaurant we love. The room you eat in has no windows and I find myself thinking, Is this place even legal? But the food is sublime. Kind of close to the corner. A low number, is it 5 Catharine? Worth a bit of a hunt
Hey man, amazing video as always! Funny enough, I used to live close to here but in the next neighborhood over in Boro Park. Its feels nice watching as I do remember a lot of local spots. Cheers!
I really enjoyed this china town area everyone was so inviting and nice asked someone on the street about a place that had been closed she walked us around and all the way to a place she enjoyed nyc is the best place I’ve traveled so far
I was just there yesterday! The food is so good and so cheap. Lots of great selections and you guys visited some of the best. Thanks for spreading the word about this great NYC neighborhood!
Brooklyn Chinatown looks like it beats Manhattan by a long shot. The Manhattan Chinatown eateries have become too American tourist centric. Ben and Ming. Cannot do any better than that!
You’re probably correct but Manhattan China town has that classic 1940s vibe back from the old black and white films era. The food was probably worse back then but everyone smoked and wore hats
Actually, every state in the US and all but one state capital has at least one boba place. But this is looks like an interesting neighborhood that I hope I have the chance to check out. ¡Thank you!
Always really enjoy the videos you make with Ben and Ming. Easy to see the great friendship you have. Also remember that video with Kenneth also remember the really funny moment with him at the M&Ms world. Another great video as always today
Taking a trip to Manhattan next week and going to take the N down to eighth Avenue and try some of these. Tell me, are the egg tarts sort of like mini quiches? What do they taste like?
Brooklyn has a lot of unknown things that even other New Yorkers have no idea about. It’s common for people from the suburbs to only visit midtown Manhattan and say bad things about New York and never see the other boroughs in detail
Think those dim sum carts should be phased out like Hong Kong did. Might take sometime to get the dim sum immediately. But when they come, they are steamy hot.
At least in the US, you know the food is real. The ingredients in chinese food are real. In china, no way. In hong kong, too much msg. Too gaddam much. I hate it. Either i'm so thirsty, i have a migraine, or pass out.
As a Chinese living in NYC, the food in Chinatown sucks😂 I have to go to China to taste the authentic Chinese food every year. Let me put it in this way, any one of the Chinese restaurants in the U.S. opens a restaurant in China, it will not survive for more than 3 months

Wow, thank you!
Jon I had a blast in NYC last weekend! I will come back as soon as I can ! Your videos are a reminder that there is always a reason to return to NYC !
Dim sum, bubble tea, egg tarts, dumplings, banh mi, and skewers - we love delicious food crawls like these!
😋😋
Legends!!
i want to visit all these spots
Dim sum is fun, just went to Nom Wah dim sum. Delicious
Love seeing the Bing Buzz duo again, they seem to push your boundaries when it comes to Chinese food. Great selection of places in Brooklyn. I love a good Dim Sum and that one looked fantastic. The three of you rocked the food choices, as always ❤❤❤
Yes they do
What an amazing community and a more amazing variety of great eats
Thank you for showing Brooklyn love!
Always enjoy the collab videos with the Bing Buzz. Can’t wait to go back to NYC and checkout the spots featured.
After following you for so long now I finally made it to New York and just left there all the way from New Zealand…
So much fun! 8th ave food tour!!
John is the best. He really gets it. He really really gets it.
Love Ben and Ming! what a great collab!

You, Ben and Ming are going to get me fat! Stop it! LOL.
NYC China TOWN Is always special... I love DUMPLINGS in Melbourne,VICTORIA - Australia.
And I like Victoria Bitter beer 😮😢😂😅
What a crunch sound in the ban minh
saw you sitting at the bbq cart! didn't want to disturb you all but it was nice to see a youtuber that i knew around my area!
Thanks so much.
Love it!!!
Cute couple, loved seeing them on as guests
Could you do a video on Smorgasburg? All 3 of them? WTC, Prospect Park, Williamsburg
love the classic banh mi with pate and cold cuts

Check out Noodle Village in Manhattan Chinatown.
Love the videos keep it up
Thanks for the video. So many places and choices on 8th Ave. Everything looks so good. From the ballroom to the street car. Thanks Jon. 👋🏽
If you don’t want to deal with the craziness of xin fa, head over to lily bloom in bay ridge, same bakery, different name and bigger space
There are 3 different Lilly Bloom Bakery Stores along the 86th Street in Bay Ridge, Dyker Heights, Bath Beach(Many people call it Bensonhurst).
Actually, every state in the US and all but one state capital has at least one boba place. But this is looks like an interesting neighborhood that I hope I have the chance to check out. ¡Thank you!
Alway so nice to see these two in your videos, they are very knowledgeable. Not to say you aren't Jon😁
Ming is back !
flushing is way better than 8th ave, its not even close. 8th ave dirty as hell too
Always really enjoy the videos you make with Ben and Ming. Easy to see the great friendship you have. Also remember that video with Kenneth also remember the really funny moment with him at the M&Ms world. Another great video as always today
POT STICKERS Lovely...
Cant wait to be there again on 21 june to 25 june
8:25 oh yeah. It was a long line for egg tart. They are pretty good.
I wish we'd feel that inflation in our salaries as well 😅
Agreed with Ming about the $0.30 cheap dumplings!...in that i would cry if they increased in price but would still buy it if it's still good 😭
hahah
Hi! Can You recommend some tasty food near Union Square? Im staying there and wonder about food nearby :)
Ribalta for Neopolitan Pizza :)
@@HereBeBarr its so funny, that You picked one thing I don't like :D
Dumplings are the best. No wonder Asia is filled with bustling and vibrant cuisines.
Dumplings, tacos, pizza, bagels. That’s the good life
All you got to do is ask Paul. Simon, it's a mother and child reunion !!!!!!
When Barr said. Mmmmm, It's not unique no more. He's one of my favorite actors now
the dim sum i see in NYC are more classic than what I have in vancouver
Vancouver might have easier access to high quality Alaskan seafood though
Taking a trip to Manhattan next week and going to take the N down to eighth Avenue and try some of these. Tell me, are the egg tarts sort of like mini quiches? What do they taste like?
They are sweet egg custard in the middle. The shell is usually flakey pastry, rarely cakey texture.
@@bani_niba some more of a dessert. Sounds good. I’ll try it when I’m up there next week.
They’re good. They’ve not great but compared to American deserts they are much better
@@JR-Ramsay-IV They are an offshoot of Portuguese pastéis de nata. The Portuguese had colonies in Macao, Taiwan.
One of the few things I miss about New York is the food. I can’t find any good authentic Chinese food here in my Florida town. Not even good takeout.
Kool video
Yeah, i only know queens chinatown Flushing on Main Street. i mess with that so heavenly @HereBeBarr. 😊 for showing Sunset 🌇 Brooklyn
Sorry, you can't compare NYC dim sum (an outpost of Cantonese cuisine) to Hong Kong (one of the centers of Cantonese cuisine).
Would u ever consider comin to UK good sir ❤❤❤
How is that huge bahn mi in NYC only $8? That thing costs $18 in Hawaii where I live
It’s probably about 7 inches. They tend to be shorter than hoagies
@bingbuzz They are a sweet couple. I enjoy their shorts and insights to the great food I wish I had more available to me. 😊🍀❤
“Rarer” isn’t a word .
PARIS - BRUSSELS - AMSTERDAM
food price equals quality sometimes, it is cheap for a reason esp dumplings lol
Brooklyn has 3 Chinatowns
Pastel de nata is so much better than Chinese egg tarts
Brooklyn has a chinatown!? who knew
Brooklyn has a lot of unknown things that even other New Yorkers have no idea about. It’s common for people from the suburbs to only visit midtown Manhattan and say bad things about New York and never see the other boroughs in detail
Take a shot everytime he says Dim Sum
Wrong place for dumplings. Should've went to Kai Fei Fu down the road.
Think those dim sum carts should be phased out like Hong Kong did. Might take sometime to get the dim sum immediately. But when they come, they are steamy hot.
drollinggg
The food did not looked that appealing to me, I could judge by the look. We here in Hong Kong probably have the best Dim Sum on the planet.
All legit dim sum places can not have a health department rating above a "C".
I never eat in a c rated place. B rating is bad enough. Pigs. Respect your customers, even if you don't respect yourself.😢
$4.50 for an egg tart that is all of 2 bites? No thanks,… And they’re trying to talk about Chinese food while using forks?
❤❤
“Old ladies”…how rude and disrespectful
At least in the US, you know the food is real. The ingredients in chinese food are real.
In china, no way.
In hong kong, too much msg. Too gaddam much. I hate it. Either i'm so thirsty, i have a migraine, or pass out.
What so secret nothing good in New York City😂😂😂

A lot of people are saying Wo Hop is the best
@@ramencurry6672 😂 right, like I said, any Chinese restaurant in the US, will not survive for more than 3 months, trust me
Lighten up, different things are available. Probably not getting great pizza in China
Leave and never come back
You lost me at the Health Department “C” rating at the first one. 🫥
