I honestly thought that I would be more disappointed in myself than I am. I ended up skipping 2 days because of my period and the cramps. I was seriously thinking about not continuing with this challenge. But, I think that taking those 2 days off really helped, and I felt more energetic than ever while doing this! I am so glad to be continuing with this challenge! LETS GO TEAM!!! ❤🎉
I think there's so many of us learning to let go of that rigidity of having to complete a plan in absolute full, that we can continue regardless of missing a day here and there. It's hard to break the mindset that has been created for us that if we adjust a pre-set plan to our own lives then we have failed and should give up - but we gotta push on and celebrate the small wins!
That's why rest days are equally important. When you rest, your muscles start to heal and grow back stronger, meaning you'll be able to do the same workout with less effort in the future.
I did the same thing!!! And feel that much more proud of myself, for showing back up for myself. I think that also gave me more empowerment to finish this with more energy!!

I don’t know how this happened but I was smiling constantly during this workout. I felt so strong! Normally, I’m either focused or struggling during your workouts and get the happy feelings afterwards. But this time. Wow. Maybe it was the shorter durations (20 sec instead of 30 or 40) but, for once, I finished every exercise. I’m sitting here in front of a fan, sweaty with a tomato-like red face, but I‘m soooo happy! You’re changing my outlook on exercising, Anna! It doesn’t feel like a chore any longer, I‘m starting to look forward to it every day! I’m starting to really need it! ❤ Day 6/14, lets gooooo!

Love this. Even though I am ill. It really boost my mood. The beauty of this is, that in 20 seconds, no movement pissed me. It was just so quick, that I finished every single movement for the first time and dont just lean my body to catch breath. This was beautiful. ❤
I am very happy ! this is the first time i would complete a workout with very minimum modifications ! i also found this workout much easier than the previous ones , I think i am getting stronger 😁😁😁

Hey Anna! I have done this workout for the first time, and it was absolutely great! I've always looked for a workout that have cardio and pilates kind of stuff too, and this was the one (although i really suffered from the squats)! Great workout! Loved the energy of the music, as well as the voice countdowns. I felt I could do any of the exercises - no matter how challenging - because each segment was so short. Great challenge!

Really not as bad as I thought. The word “tabata” strikes fear into my heart but the intervals were so short and the exercises so varied it was actually pretty fun!!
