The problem is western science don't have the whole picture, to put it simple, they got the tips of the icebergs in all areas. The most I admire about TCM is its simple distillation of the complex convoluted chemical processes that western science tries to grasp but still cant piece the whole picture together. The human body is not as simple as a machine. And this is how western medicine treats the human body a machine. It is only part of the picture, not the whole. Don't get me wrong western medicine has its use, it excels in emergency acute problems that require surgery or acute drug induced responses that are needed to keep the patient alive and the ability to specifically target specific bacterias and viruses. These are all where western medicine excels and cant be supplanted by TCM. But for all other things, chronic conditions, and the road map to preventing disease, TCM is much more substantive and effective.

Yes this is true! Thanks for sharing. I suffered from digestive issues, low body weight, depression and insomnia for so long and I couldn’t catch a break. Quarantine helped me to slow down and get the rest I needed. Finally I started to tolerate food and generally feel better. I’ve tried to keep it going ever since. I notice when life speeds up excessively and I’m stressed I backslide.

I have seen you leaving some interesting comments on most of these videos and Ill tell you something baby girl I was doing just what you said for 20 years and never got better until I saw a Chinese doctor so next time when you think of commenting something nonchalantly like most of your comments THINK it's very easy to rethink smh

would you consider that she was intoxicating her body by taking all those suplements?

I wonder that too... I think it's likely otherwise they would have made her Bionic Woman.

Most likely her digestion is poor to absorb all those extra nutrients. Supplements are nutrients taken from our dietary sources.
