    This is fantastic and touches our lives here in my family. Like you said, physical activity discharges energy - important for adults and kids! my kids sleep like a rock when theyve had an active day. Also, i've been mad at doctors for just skimming over problems, with myself personally and in general, are they changing their methods, do they care that they are harming patients? Thank you for your holistic work =D

    how does Dr. Heyne describe my life. I live in nyc, and own a business so i work till late. My nervous system is taxed and and have trouble sleeping. sometimes waking up early and sometimes late. sleep quality is poor.
    I also took moxifloxacin antibiotic in the past, and my body was never the same. Because of the pills i took i now get all kind of mental issues, slow healing, chills and weak tendons.

    Interesting because I often hear that it is the Yin insufficiency that is the big problem and that we all have too much Yang. The TCM practitioner I was seeing diagnosed me with severe Yin Deficiency.

      Hi Patricia -- classical Chinese medicine vs. Modern TCM will have some similarities and differences. From the doctors I learned from, they talk about this much more. But yes, many patients show signs of "Yin deficiency" too. Sometimes both.

      having a yang deficiency is worse than having a yin deficiency, and having both is the absolute worse. People that have a yin deficiency but their yang is good tend to overall be in better health than a person that has a yang deficiency. Yang is more associated to vitality than yin is, but yin has to balance out your yang for optimal health. But too much yin deficiency can eventually eat into your yang, they are interdependent not as simple as black and white.

      We use Spooky 2, it's frequency medicine and mroe, you don't have to move when applying it in fact you're really not suppose to move. Been using it since 2014, works well for us. Spooky 2 website explains everything.

      The most important thing is just to start. Begin with something you find fun and something you think you can also do on a day you don't feel great. The most important thing I found is to know why you want to do it and to be consistent. On a bad day I have a short routine with easy excersises or even just a short walk or a few jumps through the house on good days I might excersise for an hour and really push myself. You do you. Good luck!

    You forgot one of the biggest ones for men, ejaculation, that decreases your yang as man faster more than anything. sun simao says a man should not ejaculate more than twice a month if he wants the best health.

      it is also a reason why men go bald, because it creates a severe kidney and liver qi deficiency.

      hello is it true that taking yin herbs in general or formulas as rehmannia 6 can build yin that will also build your Yang ? Please help 🙏

      ​@@RealZayComo As far as I studied TCM, Yang depends on Yin and Yin on Yang. If we build Yin and stimulate Yang. We have a strong foundation for energy. If we only stimulate Yang our Yin depletes and we basically live shorter.
      if rehmannia 6 is good for your Yin. I would ask a tcm doctor because not every herb is for everyone.

      Yes, of course it can! thats why you hardly ever find anything raw in traditional Chinese cuisine, and they emphasise avoiding cold foods too.
