Before the silverwolf update, it was running without any problems. After the silverwolf update (10gb but there was 30gb of space in the computer), it started to give a black screen, even though it didn't enter the muscle late, so it's not the system requirement, but it doesn't work in other solutions.
that also happened to me (T T). Star Rail was really smooth for me before the Silverwolf update. Now everytime I go inside the game, it takes FOREVER to load and once it finally does load, it automatically shows a black screen. I have tried lowering the game's resolution, lowering graphics settings, and even reinstalling it over and over again. Sometimes it makes me think that the problem might already be in my PC's specs, but it's going to take a lot of money and a lot of time before we can afford a new one. I have saved tons of tickets there and I also feel bad for all the time and effort I wasted there, but if this keeps going I might have to say goodbye to Star Rail for a long time (┬┬﹏┬┬)

if your using pc u should make the screen minimized or not fullscreen before the fight, that worked for me i don't know if its gonna work to you guys.

I fixed it twice: once I changed graphic settings, and once I verified and force redownloaded everything. Now I'm stuck again
My problem is that when I finish the loading screen a unity crash handler window pops up and then my game closes for some reason. Happened when I was about to go to Jarilo-IV.

Edit: Alright, I have been digging into this. And what I found was that the problem lied in the integrated Intel graphics cards - they have beef with Unity. If anyone is using one like me, congrats, go find a discrete one, that's the solution (I can't, so I'm uninstalling the game smh)!
You could also disable the graphics card in Device Manager, but that would make the game extremely laggy (unplayable) and I would definitely not recommend it. I've sent a ticket to miHoYo, hoping that they would do something about this in the future, but they have already stated that we Trailblazers should at least have a discrete graphics card, so the chances are slim.

The problem i am having is when i press launch it launches but it gets stuck on the train screen and doesnt do anything else!? it worked fine before and now it doesnt it is even happening to genshin impact for me ;-;

The problem is solved, the solution is to disable VGA. There is a bug in VGA. Because I have 2 VGA 820m and hd5500 so now I'm using hd5500, I've also tried reinstalling Windows but it's the same
And how do I deal with the server disconnecting when it's loading, I shouldn't have moved my character to Xianzhou, it's frustrating me

My pc will randomly freeze when clicking on missions or going into battle... I have played several other games with no problems

Do you know how to fix the problem when I press start after the game finished loading on the loading screen and it’s supposed to load you into the map but instead it takes way too long and it keeps saying disconnected from server even when my internet connection is perfectly fine
I had that problem before and had to change some game settings like "environment details to very low" it was fine till now , now when u start loading into the area is just infinite loading screen or goes black, all that start happening after the new udate
@@fufu-jh thank you! I figured that before and this actually helps a lot. It’s too bad that I won’t be able to see the map in full detail but at least I can play it! I heard a lot of other people have this problem as well so I hope it gets fixed soon 🤞
What would I have to do if my game does load but characters, certain enemies are all black and had not loaded properly, large blaring white chunks also appear at certain places
I think the game files are probably damaged! That once happened to me so I deleted the game then re-installed again and it worked for me pretty well :3

it keep saying application error on my screen i tried to turn off the wifi and didnt work even i tried to re download again after that it didnt work i tried to fix the exe file or hack it tho
2 pc get error black screen after loading sever => all using AMD VGA
Happens to me too, i tried reseating my rams and rx 6600 xt gpu, uninstalling the drivers with ddu and reinstalling the pro version for stability with drivers only.
It worked well for the 1st day, but after that the problem kept appearing again. Idk if it's the driver or anything else
