Stunning result, congrats! Didn't expect to like the Bare Knuckle but it fits the style perfectly. One thing I can highly recommend is to put in shorter grub screws in the bridge saddles or cut the existing ones down so you can't feel them any more. It bugged me for years that there was always something coarse scratching at my hand when palm muting. I did this tiny mod to my Squier Tom Delonge and it plays a hundred times smoother now!
Thanks mate, warpig is far more responsive and I think more versatile than the invader but for a Delonge build I'd choose the invader it feels better, almost like it has less clarity but in a good way - I sometimes struggle to explain this haha 🤣
right on. kid can play! what is it about one pickup and one volume, no tone, that i like so much? i'm making one now and i was thinking onee p90 and one vol. maybe a tone. idk. anyway, cool guitar.
Thanks dude! And yes I totally understand, did you see my Ibanez blazer I did? There's a bug and if you get bitten you only want one pickup guitars 🤷🤷😂
@@Giant_Guitars any interest in doing a build with squier sonic series strats/teles? I bet they will be very popular mod platforms and are already routed for bridge humbuckers.
It's a good question and one I can't answer as it wasn't my guitar, I just bought the neck from him! I do know he still plays it only now it's got a maple neck - he's on Insta @ illbillwillkill
@@Giant_Guitars i never said they were unless they know of axe palace doing that shady shit with their products but still doing business like selling the wrong pickup that wasn't doing well but customers caught them because of the serial number
I'd have to find the old invoices but from memory the raw body was £200 and then another £200 or so for the paint job so it depends on your idea of expensive. At the time it was affordable for me, right now I would just do it myself. But that's not to take away from his work on it, he did a good job in my opinion! Hope that helps!
Great playing, I couldn’t even tie my shoes at that age haha
Such a beautiful guitar man!😎🤘🏻
Haha thanks, he's a cool dude (if he wants to) he'll play a lot better than me soon!
Going through a large headstock phase right now so they both are great builds! Nice job.
I'm with you with the large headstock!
She came out great, right choice on the pick guard. While I prefer the color of Sea Foam over Shell Pink, I love the look of the relic finish.
Thanks Robert and yeah I totally agree with you

Thanks bud 🙏 and yes totally agree with the bridge suggestion, I have the Kluson one on the real Delonge and it is much much better!!
Love that bare knuckle! What amp were you using. Nice tone!
love the build!
Not only do I like the Bare Knuckle better, but this has also inspired my next purchase 👀
Glad to be of service ☺️ and thanks! I have it tuned to drop C and been playing KSE this evening, in very happy with the BKP Warpig 👌
Like the look of the Bareknuckle in the guitar! 🎸🎸
That pale green guitar was awesome. Thanks for the video!
Thanks bud
@@Giant_Guitars ohh your welcome!
This is so wholesome the intro! Clean as build brother! Wow!! 👌
Thanks 🙏
Looks absolutely dope dude. And the Bareknuckle was the right choice!
Cheers dude, I appreciate that!
@@Giant_Guitars You’re very welcome man! Always had a massive soft spot for Tom’s Fenders. You definitely did it right!
@@JackTaylorGuitars love your channel, subbed! I'll get a good watch at your video's tonight 👌
dude, sick guitar, great content. keep it up (son has some skill)
Thanks again Kade 🙏
for me this pickups sound better ...
Awesome, thank you. It's amazing for some drop tuning metal stuff!
Nice build! Pink in relic looks so sweet. How do you like Warpig vs Invader? Alnico version I guess
Thanks mate, warpig is far more responsive and I think more versatile than the invader but for a Delonge build I'd choose the invader it feels better, almost like it has less clarity but in a good way - I sometimes struggle to explain this haha 🤣
@@Giant_Guitars Thank you for detailed answer! I probably should put the Invader back in my OG 2002 Delonge strat and give it another chance haha
Really enjoy your vids. I too have way too may parts accumulated, but they will all get used one day. Well at least that's what I tell myself ;)
Haha me too
idk, i like the one you put together a lot but that green, mint? seafoam? is pretty sweet looking to.
Yeah it's one of the official colours, pink wasn't!
Cool vid lad. I have been considering doing a Tom de longe partcaster for a while now
Thanks Joe! What colour you doing yours?
Am not sure I have a sonic blue strat and was thinking of stripping it. Then maybe lake placid blue or shell pink
@@Brad5344 lake placid blue works beautifully as one! I did that a while back with gloss black 3 ply pickguard and it was awesome

Your little dude has a more consistent strum than I do !! 😜 cool video!
He does 🤣 I'm not even annoyed
@@Giant_Guitars that’s awesome! Hopefully he will want to play when he gets a little bigger and you can have a live-in jam partner! 😎🤙🏼
The pearl pickguard looks great, flat black would be good with a brighter pink without relicing
Yeah I agree with you 👌

This is a fantastic video have a good day
Thank you Amin 🙏 you too!
Love this! I think I’ve found my new favourite YT channel. Good work!
Wow dude thank you 🙏 I appreciate that 😊
Like the pickguard choice but I'm curious why you'd remove the one thing that made that neck special (and more pricey), the Tom Delonge signature?

yeah that's right put a bareknuckle in everything like axe palace cuss out your customers make them stop coming back
I don't know who axe palace are lol

Satisfyer!
Love this pickup more than invader
It's a great pickup!
Ah, I voted gloss black... Bon aventur!
Haha don't worry I don't think this neck will stay on this body anyway
Dammit that’s good stuff
Thanks Sean 🙂 appreciate it, as always!
Can't go wrong with pearly whites!
That's very true, fits almost everything
Nice!
Thank you Andrew

Play AC/DC Big Balls on it
