CAKE BATTER
3 cups AP flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
3 cups granulated sugar
6 eggs room temperature
8 oz cream cheese room temperature
3 sticks unsalted butter at room temperature
1 tbs vanilla extract
1 tbs crème bouquet
Summer berry sauce
SUMMER BERRY SAUCE
1/4 fresh raspberries
1/4 cup fresh black berries
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup fresh strawberries
2/3 cups water
3/4 cups granulated sugar
1 tbs corn starch
1 tsp vanilla extract
CREAM CHEESE ICING
8 oz cream cheese at to temperature
1/2 stick unsalted butter at room temperature
16 oz powdered sugar

It looks sooo good; you got me thinkin'bout baking it Thurs nite & taking it to work Friday (it's #PublicServiceRecognitionWeek, & we're celebrating #PSRW with some fun activities all week & a few catered events; I know a homemade pound cake would just knock everyone for a loop - especially one looking THIS good!) 😋
