  • There is hope!
It is possible to find relief, yes even if you are considered bone on bone or if you’ve lost a significant amount of cartilage ☝🏽
It may be scary to hear you’ve lost cartilage.
But it is a normal process of the body that your cartilage becomes less efficient. It doesn’t automatically mean you’ll have to give up everything you love and deal with significant pain for the rest of your life ☝🏽
Your joint is irritated and it’s irritated for a reason. There are people who are “bone on bone” and don’t experience pain so it’s more than just the fact of losing cartilage that’s increasing your pain 👀
This is good news because it means something can be done about your pain!
Now there absolutely is a time and a place for surgery but research suggests giving conservative measures a try first ✅
There could be many things contributing to your joint irritation but here are a few examples:
    - muscle imabalances
    -lack of activity/too much activity
    - lack of nutrient dense foods
    - high levels of stress without an outlet to manage it
    - excess body fat
    - poor sleep quality
And these are just a few. Each one of these factors can lead to increased irritation in your knees. Minimizing and modifying some of these behaviors can make a big difference in most 🙌🏼
If you’ve tried consistent movement, improving balance, eating foods that are good for your body, improving sleep, and managing stress with no success- surgery may be on the table and it doesn’t mean you’ve failed☝🏽
But there are options to try before coming to that decision and you may be surprised at how you feel 👀
If you want to know exactly how to get started meaning what exercises to do, what foods to include, what pin relieving strategies work the best- the Arthritis Adventure Blueprint has you covered ✅
Many people with bone on bone knees have been able to find relief and you’ll never know your potential until you get started‼️
Head to arthritisadventure.com to learn more‼️
    I’m rooting for you!!

It is possible. I was told I needed a total knee replacement in 2017. I said nope and set out to tone my leg muscles. I joined a gym worked on my legs and put my knees back into place. Lost 35 lbs, toned my legs and I’m able to walk again. I can do steps but with assistance (handrails, arm assistance w/o rails. My pain level is usually 2-3 everyday. A flair can be up to a 9 then I take a pain reliever and rest.

so sorry - that's no fun! I had arthritis in my 20's 😢 but at 78 have none, still jogging!! Fifty years of hilly running, hiking, water skiing, horse riding and knees are great in spite of both being injured. Let me save you a lifetime...stop ingesting crap!! I am now eating 95% carnivore and nobody believes my age and activity level!! I have done it all from weight watchers, hi carb low fat, rotating fasts, mega supplements, food combining, Atkins, and keto. The closer to whole food carnivore I get, the better I feel. Health is your only true wealth.. God bless ❤️🙏❤️

Thanks Hon! I do believe that muscle strength is an ally in this battle, but aI was leg reading over 900 Lbs in sets of 12x3 and doing calf raises with 540 Lbs. X10x3, one day something went *OUTCH”, and now I am going for a left knee nerve ablation. We shall see.

Same here. Torn meniscus and "bone on bone" in my knees at 58. I'm willing to try anything to avoid surgery. I will go to PT and commit to that and a keto diet for starters.

I would think after all this time they would have a cure, I’m curious if they have looked into putting fillers in knees, like people use for cosmetics?

Ok but now how do I strengthen it and also enhance the regeneration of cartilage

    • @vittoriovuocolo2438
      @vittoriovuocolo2438 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

There is no regeneration. Just go to the gym and do leg presses . Make sure you wear a brace and take your time. After 4 graduating sets of 20 reps I feel like running with Forest Gump for days.

Dont listen to the hopeless ones - the body is made to heal! stop ingesting anything inflammatory, processed, refined, sweet, or has more than 3 ingredients. Drink pure, organic bone broth, eat the gristle off bones. I recommend as close to whole food carnivore as possible. I'm 78, had arthritis in my 20's, yet have been jogging over 50 years, as well as hiking, water skiing, horse riding, aerobic dance, and pain-free!!. If cartilege is ruined by use I should be crippled. Instead I have had mutiple knee injuries (skiing, hit by a truck while riding a horse, fall onto concrete etc) and always heal. Believe, research, pray... do not let sad people drag you down to their level. God bless ❤️🙏❤️

I already had surgery , the hardest surgery in my life ,inflict didbt know this stupid surgery means you need to bend your knee no mater how it hurts . Stay all nights with pain then you find out with all effort you put to do every single exercise they told you and now you are that range of rom and extension. Going to see surgeon this week 😢😢😢
