I also find it difficult to sleep for days due to pain or I just can't fall asleep. Do I perhaps lack nutrients in my diet that prevents me from sleeping.

Try changing your diet. I have never felt so good since being on the carnivore diet 9 months now. Am 71.

Amazing advice. I found a trick... take your capsules of glucosamine/chondro at night, greatly helps with morn knee stiffness and also take right after eating a "I've been naughty..." meal. I take egg membrane first thing in a.m., then mid-morn Move Free/biotin. Liquid glucosamine when bad. as needed. Tylenol late afternoon as needed, when those peter out, don't work well.

Have taken gluc/cond off/on for years. Have never found it to be of any benefit for my arthritic joints.

I'm 57yrs old and I jump out of bed every morning with no pains what so ever, even after jogging the day before. Just stop the carbs and sugar and you'll reverse all of those problems over time. Carbs over many years calcifies the soft tissue and then it just gets worse after that. Takes time to reverse this but you will notice the difference after a few months.

Tis Irish Bob saying hello Alyssa
Thank ye fer this segment as I have had many assorted pains in a number of joints.
Most doctors I've had seen prescribe drugs. Most with side effects. Bloody arselicks, or they suggest carving into the area in question.
I prefer non invasive methods and now question advice I have received, especially if the advice is from doctors who've never had the issues.
Irish Bob wishes ye many blessings in all areas of yer life.
I want to be well enough to start travelling aboot now that I'm 65.
    Enjoy yer week ahead.
    Irish Bob🤗😇😎🇮🇪🇨🇵☘️🍀🦾🩺🥂
