Do you have any tips or suggestions for optimizing the Keelback combat build for maximum efficiency?
Hello! The Keelback is great ship but for combat is not so good. Its nice to use it as early game mining/hauler. If you want to play with it as combat ship, try to unlock and ENG all ship parts. There are 3/4 meta PvP ships that obliterate in space combat. What Combat zones do you grind with the Keelback?
I agree that Keelbak is not one of the best ships for combat, but i love it's fighter bay, thank you for the tip, i will try that, I don't use the Keelback very often, I usually use it in low intensity conflict zones, or for the game combat missions, I am currently working on my Type 10 Defender, that thing is huge. So what is your favorite ship for combat ?

@@DeepSpaceMystery Nice ship for PvP and CZ but I am not sure how good it will be for AX. The only build that is nice for AX is scout hunter and Titan bomber. Now I am looking for players interested in mining and cargo transportation.

I'm one of the lunatics using Keelback for combat. This build is shit though. What gave you the idea to ruin such perfect hardpoint placement with turrets? 😂

I wanted to experiment with turret placements to see how they could enhance combat versatility, but I totally get where you're coming from. Engineering definitely has its advantages! i have the ps4 version of ED, using turrets on a keelback in my version you would be all day trying to take down even a cobra, they have no juice at all, happy its working well for you though
I deploy the fighter from my bay, while it keeps the enemy busy , I can focus on disabling the enemies shields.
