Hi Shifu. Great workout. Thank you so much. In have your wellness for beginners download and love it. I found this a bit harder though. Is there a Download to progress from the wellness for beginners programme? I also have the flexibility download which is awesome. Keep up the amazing videos. We are all really blessed that you do this for us in these strange times.

Hello Sifu would you recommend doing this workaoutr every day ( 5x week). Icould only abou 15 minutes.
It is a fucking good workout but for normali People i think to hard speciali the Corepart. Becaus its all on one Part. But thanks for the workout i will make all of them. Good Day Shifu
