    I haven't excercsised in years
    This is aneasy work out that still feels like a workout and leaves you with a decent sweat

    I remember reading that you can train in the space a tiger lies down in... I wouldn't worry about the production, it's the quality of the content that matters, and that's excellent - thank you! Amituofo

    Thank you Shifu Yan Lie this was great for me, as I suffer from back and groin pain and I found that with your video I could do almost all the workouts apart from the planks and pushups.

    I’m lucky enough to currently work 10hrs still; despite our care being neglected, and yet this video made my work shift routine a minimal breeze while aiming at being healthy and positive.
