It will give you rough idea, you can add more elbows instead of tee, reducers etc

I did not see any formulas for ESP? You computed the equivalent round duct then duct velocity and friction loss. How about the ESP? how did you came up with 500 PA?

Its working on thumb rule just for quick calculation. It will give you a rough idea, its for contractors.
