I never had any problems with the oil flow. I actually had to mess around with different size restrictors because I was getting too much oil and was forcing it out of the seals. But that was probably also a combination of some minor crankcase pressure issues I was having too
It's called an oil filter sandwich plate. A lot of times they're used to run an oil temp or oil pressure gauge or used for an oil cooler. But you can also run an oil feed line off it for a turbo. If you have any other questions or need any parts made hit me up on Instagram @unequal_fabrication
