TH-cam record for the most one arm axe chops in a video ! You are a persistent and purposeful Dane for sure , thanks again for the quality footage 👍Wild bacon with dead fall trap was epic LOL
I love the camp setup. Large log serves as a fire reflector and support for the shelter pole. The shelter pole supports the tarp and you have your fire under it to hang your pot for cooking or boiling water. Plus you have a rain catch for water at the back of the tent. Very efficient! LMAO at "it is a bacon"!
Nice job trapping the bacon, the thick sliced can be particularly shy lol, I'm going on a wine & mushroom shoot soon, wish me luck Ha ha!!, great video!! ATB Pete
Really liked this video. Loved the Bacon joke. Reminds me of the Scottish joke of wild Haggis. We tell newcomers to Scotland, that once a year we go wild Haggis hunting. Google 'Haggis' and you'll understand.
Hi, love the video. In Spain is absolutely forbidden making fire in the wilderness even in freezing cold winter... So forget getting warm by fire or you will have a nice bill to pay to the forest guards
Thanks :) It is also illegal in Denmark. But this is a private forrest, where the owner have given me permission. :) But we are getting more and more fireplaces. And at the beach its legal all year round. :)
+Robert Jones Thanks Robert. ...that isn't the first or last time i forgot my first aid kit. I forget to shift it between my packs. ...Thanks. Yes i also love the sound of fire. :D
good vid great job showing what you did. You must be the only one in the Bushcraft that has had ticks, never seen anyone else say anything about them. Tks
Thank you :) ...i got exhausted pretty fast with the saw, to thick. My blanket is a danish civil defense (firemen kind of thing)! Its 1 cm. thick, pure wool and very nice :D Yea! it was a bacon i the trap ;D. You have to click on the letter icon under the video, to choose subtitles. :)
Great video. I'd recommend when you cut with the axe you make a wider collar, or cow's mouth. That will make it a little easier for you. You were making me tired ;) Nice setup in the rain too. You looked pretty comfy.
Really nice - cool camera/BC work - So many commentables but I wondered how long you'd go with the saw - back to the axe eh. Only a blanket- see why you need so much wood. The dutch make a great 'friesland' blanket. Never felt warmer. Enjoy: Oh, I see you do. O fælden: kept me guessing cause no subtitles downldd 'n didn't catch the dansk, only a weird animal that I was sure was bacon - neat trap. LOL
Haha I really enjoyed the humor in this and still with very helpful tips in the process. You do good work bud, keep the vids coming. Wish I could get lucky and trap some fresh cut will bacon 👍👌
Fantastic camping skills! What did you have with the bacon? Was it beans? I prefer my Coleman tent with enclosed floor and cot with sleeping bag. But I realize you're packing it in...I have my car nearby, with Coleman stove, cooler, etc....a bit of "glamping." Peace.
Yeah. I can see there is a lot of translations to do. You can write in english, and we will reply in english. Some members makes english videos. But that is it, i guess.
Hello from Oklahoma! Good video! I love sleeping in the rain. I hate breaking camp when everything is wet. I think it would be good sleeping on that mossy forest floor. Not to many places look like that here. Sorry You cut yourself, those spoon knives will do that. Thanks for letting us tag along! God Bless!
Hahhahahaa had me a good laugh slamming that bacon! Great video and film work. Wish I knew your language you have some great skills. Cheers from Canada.
sorenanker oh didn't see that, just watched your bow drill vid, excellent work, THAT is bushcraft, serious stuff. I bow drill alright but my use of natural cordage is not what it should be, good work with the roots
Sup, i just got into bushcraft, survival etc, and i live in Denmark (cant speak Danish at the moment), near KBH, but i really cant find anyone in here doing the same.. Is ther any forums in Denmark for people who like bushcraft etc? Thx.
Flot jydsk nåleskov du befinder dig i dér Don! :-) Fantastisk video! HAHAHAHAH BACON! :D Alt for fedt min ven!
Superb choice of music...Greetings from across the pond
Only ticks. :) We have wolves now, but I am only afraid that my dog will think it is another dog. The snakes we have are only dangerous if you are allergic.
TH-cam record for the most one arm axe chops in a video ! You are a persistent and purposeful Dane for sure , thanks again for the quality footage 👍Wild bacon with dead fall trap was epic LOL
Thank you :)
A wonderful example of Danish leave no trace the way he was using that Axe he's definitely of Viking ancestry enjoyed the video very much thank you
PAUL WOOLRICH Haha!! :D Thank you.
Yea it looks like a beaver was camping there. No one will ever know that it was a human.
Great video. Be careful of wild bacon though. It can attack without warning!
All u do is eat
Wild bacon does not survive well in captivity and usually passes away in the early mornings.
ahahahaha the trap i was expecting a rabbit or a squirl hahah. thanks for the lol
+Zeztox I C Thanks, glad i worked. :D
What was it? Bacon? 😁
The "animal" hunted in the trap delighted me :-)
one of my favorite bushcraft videos, I've watched it about 10 times.
+Jerry York
Haha!! Thanks Jerry :D

Haha!! I have heard about haggis.
Thanks. :D
Gods i love Haggis......
I always use a 16 bore on my Haggis. Don't want to spoil the meat.

Haha! Nice! Nothing like a shot of liquor while in the woods.
the most interesting part in camping is by lighting a fire and cooking your food not just talking and showing what is around the bush craft.
great video. i love the wild bacon that you caught. great sense of humour. good shelter.
Thank you John. :D

Selv tak Thorbjørn. :)
Through that Bahco saw as far as you can and get a Silky Saw.

Tak.
Meget flot camping anyways . Hold gøre rene videoer , de er værdsat
fla playa Thanks. :D
Be careful when using axe. Always don't push too hard with maximum energy.
Great video and it's nice too listen to a Dane I can understand. What part of the country was this filmed. Thanks
Thank you :) It is filmed in the middle of Jutland. How come you understand Danish?
Why did you choose the ax when you had the saw?
The saw sucked. I now have 5 Silky saws, they do the trick. :)
Thank you
very Nice video,good outing

Thanks :)
Tak Troels :)
Very good video !
Please could you tell me if is the small forest axe, or the forest axe that you use?
Thanks. Small Forest Axe.
Music in the woods spoils everything, worth than yapping.
The landlord said no fires I side the unit.
Is there any danger from snakes or insects..??
Only ticks. :) We have wolves now, but I am only afraid that my dog will think it is another dog. The snakes we have are only dangerous if you are allergic.
Great vid !
