You should consider a Tesla - Gas savings update after 12,000 miles

Everyone should at least consider a Tesla. They’re not perfect, I like having my Tesla as well as a gas car, but so far the gas savings have been awesome. Share that with a warranty, and I fully expect to my Tesla for a long time.
