Welcome to 10 minutes More or Less ship review for the ANVIL F7A HORNET MKII.
The "Military" version F7 MK2 variant.
This is using update 3.24, the F7C MK2 is priced at $175 on the pledge store and the F7A MKII is not currently available to purchase in or outside the game.
This is the ship you get when you pledge for this ship or if you get it in game.
This review is of the STOCK ship.
This review is just my OPINION.
These reviews are typically around 10 minutes more or less if you don't count the intro with ship showcase and the end screens.
The bigger the ship, the bigger the review.

Maelstrom will presumably make a part of each of your videos redundant. It will replace the "stats" such as HP and shield strength.

I’m super excited for maelstrom as while it’ll remove healthpoint stats it’ll add things like armor thickness and other neat stats that help prevent your ship from being ripped apart. Presumably.

The dovetail (the tail handle) is a throwback to the p38 which was an absolute unit in ww2, not only was it out sprinting most planes but the dovetail allowed it to make sharper turns
My favorite ship right now! I fought so hard for the Upgrade-Token, too 😮 Even pulling an all nighter in order to play that HIDEOUS mission chain 😂
I haven't fully watched this video yet, but I just wanted to go ahead and comment to say you've been my #1 goto creator when deciding on which ships to fly in the verse. Your videos were the deciding factor on all of my ship showdown pledges, so I think it's fair to say thank you for your amazing 10 Minutes series!

To me this ship was a game changer. And people began to enjoy the Hornet series again
Hornet series was one of the best ships last patch
My fighter along with the Cutty Blue in my fleet. Full ballistics make this an absolute monster but when distortion is sorted I'll be tempted to put 2 size 4 distortion cannons/repeaters on the wings
that handle back area is actually pretty reminiscent of the P-38 Lightning from WW2.
My hangar is huge for my Caterpillar. I think they fixed it. I melted my fleet and started 3.24 with a Caterpillar, a RAFT, a Cutlass Red, an Argo Tractor, a Dragonfly, a PTV to get around th hanger, an STV, a Nox, a Herald, and a Vulture ccd from my starter Cutter. Because of other ships I own I get a Buccaneer and a 325a for fighting.
Love the intro from the hangar! I’m not really into fighters anyways, but the F7A just feels like a cheat code to the game 😅 It’s like a mini F8C. Overall, 8/10 for me. I feel like it lacks HP and manoeuvrability. Great vid as always!
The only way to buy is online and buy from another website that is not Star Citizen and I forgot the website but the military hornet cost $750. Yikes!!!😅
I love this ship. I don't mind the high emp rating because unless your target is an ace pilot or has some friends they are dead anyway.
this has to be my favourite fighter ingame right now, only wished it had the option of the f7a mk1 skin or the f7c mk2 baby blue paint

until I can get an F8C (or A) with LTI this is my favorite fighter!
With the turrets, HP increase in this patch. I can finally fly it again
Using the cargo hangar for the intro is hot, not gonna lie
Man I got one of these its kind of cool although the f8c feels slightly more agile to fly.
But this ship packs a punch in skilled hands comparing to one of the basic starter fighters.
Love the design it feels like it is in the hornet family.
I have both too, but I’d say the F8C is definitely the bigger brick to fly in atmosphere… hoping the fix the flight models for both ships soon though.
have they included the top and chin turrets for the f7c mk II in the stores yet ?

Not all ships should be available for pledge/in-game purchase. Keeping exclusivity locked behind events is the best way, in my opinion. So as long as the events aren't too buggy and prevent people from succeeding, they should keep special ships as INCENTIVE to play those events.
Don't want to complain but introducing a ship that you can't buy makes not much sense. Everyone who can have this ship knows it's qualities because they upgraded their F7C. I always see these reviews as some kind of Buyers Guide but it makes no sense if you can't buy it. But still a thumbs up because I like your videos.
Absolutely. It’s kind of a one off review - I put this out in hopes we will see the ship available for IAE or near citizencon as a lot of my focus will be on new ships including some big ones coming out.
You will likely never see the A Model offered again. Don’t know why streamers don’t see this, but CIG offers each of the military variants ONCE . And never again. This is an established habit.
It never states this is a buyers guide, and if someone has the ship then they probably don't need the video... so by process of elimination you can work out that these videos are for people that still want to know about the ship.
I will never have a Sabre Raven, but I might want to know something about it.

If you missed the first boat, that sucks, but two things: One, CIG has said the event will return to upgrade it. Two, 3.24 changes the performance of the ship, and those of us that DID upgrade ours NEED to know how it has been modified.
Is there anyway to still unlock this??

I review what you buy as it’s what you get. What you add to it afterwords is all up to personal taste and impossible to review all the variations.
And what do you expect him to do exactly? Show off a bunch of builds only for him to not show the build you wanted so you can complain anyway? What nonsense. Lol
