I tried it yesterday and it came out so good..I used regular oil instead of sesame oil and added 4 cloves of garlic and no green onions and I didn't wash the salt off I just drained the water and it looked quite the same and tasted delicious too 😋
I use Mae Ploy sweet chili sauce for my cucumber spiral salad. I’m eating it rn 😅 made it the same way, yours is probably way better since u made the dressing from scratch! 🤤 but man if u want something easy and FAST AND healthy! (Maybe a different sweet chili sauce than Mae ploy lol I don’t think that’s to healthy but it sure is good!) I also use my homemade basil flakey salt, sprinkle some ground pepper and top it with sesame seeds !!!
In trinidad we call it cucumber chow,we do it with mangoes( mango chow),cashews ( cashew chow)pineapples, citrus fruits, apples, cherries, plums you catch my drift you can make spicy chows with any sweet friut. the new only thing here is how she cut the cucumber.😂
I didn’t have Korean pepper flakes so I just crushed up a bunch of pepper flake packets from dominos and put it in there and it was delicious! Also if you cut the slices thinner it stretches more and soaks up more flavor
Looks like 1 tbsp of: sesame oil, sesame seeds, chili flakes, and rice vinegar. 1 tsp of sugar Maybe two cloves of garlic? Big ones in that case The green onion is perhaps best to just put as much as you think you’ll like
I watch this video 23,000 times and I try to cut them and I failed and I just had to eat a whole cucumber in like 10 minutes because I was gonna have to eat it cause I didn’t fail I failed
its chinsse dish, hey! even Christmas originated in Korea, so why not this one? right? just because you've removed 4 of the trigrams from Chinese Taoist bagua in your national flag doesn't mean its not stolen from China 😂.
if you want to be resourceful, you could've just said that Chinese people make this too. But no, you also choose to be salty. Watch the video again, salt the cucumber, not your mouth :) P.S. I'm a Chinese

Does it work with pickle😊
Any alternative to rice vinegar?
i love these with red onions added too

What can I use instead of gochugaro?
substitute for rice vinegar?
💚
love these cucumbers!
What can I use instead of Korean chilli flakes (I don’t have any)
How to store it
Kya chij hai ye khira h kya?
I like to add soysauce, fish sauce, 1 lime, more more vinegar, more sugar to balance the acidity and keep it in the fridge overnight. Kinda pickle it
What is the measuring for the amount of stuff we add?
Looks like 1 tbsp of: sesame oil, sesame seeds, chili flakes, and rice vinegar.
1 tsp of sugar
Maybe two cloves of garlic? Big ones in that case
The green onion is perhaps best to just put as much as you think you’ll like
Let the ancestors guide you
I’m confused why are you put salt on it to draw the water but then you rinse it in water again how does that work then you’re putting water back in it
I knew someone else was thinking it 😅
I tried this tonight and it was so good! (I also used your video for the tutorial on how to make it 😁)
Could I use gochujang instead of the flakes? I only have gochujang😅
Does this taste good for the people who typically don’t like how watery cucumbers taste?
Demasiada sal!!!😮😮😮
Se enjuaga después de 15 minutos con agua fría. Es para que queden más crujientes
Is it ok if we don’t have semi seeds
No lime?
✅
It can be stored or 😢
You dont have to do the salt part
I watch this video 23,000 times and I try to cut them and I failed and I just had to eat a whole cucumber in like 10 minutes because I was gonna have to eat it cause I didn’t fail I failed
