I've been having a rough time with binge eating due to ... stuff I still don't figure out, but I woke up knowing I needed to move and connect with my body. The feminine energy that it was creating this dance was everything, ended up feeling so beautiful and again, feminine! Loved it, thank you so much for this!
I loved this. I'm just starting to come back to dancing after 7 years and all of the dance workouts I tried before were so fast in teaching the steps, that I had to pause and rewind many times. I really liked how you explained the steps first, then went for a slow count and finally went for the double count, it was incredibly useful. Thank you Meagan 💖

Loved this - simple moves that don't waste too much time on instruction (a pet peeve of mine!). Fun and sweaty!
I did this and realized I rlly can’t dance so I gave up 😂
omg. I felt that way a lot. I used to be on a dance team when I was younger, but my brain is a bit dislexic. I really struggle. Sometimes I try to just stand still and to the arm movements. Other time, I try to just to the feet but not the arms. To top it all off, I have a fucked up vertebra in my lumbar spine, and it manifests in muscle imbalances. lol. So I must look hilarious trying to this. But, even though I look ridiculous, I keep doing them. What SHOCKS me is how, the 2nd, or 3rd, or 4th day I do them, suddenly my body just figures it out, or starts to remember, even though I felt it was impossible. And, sometimes these dance workouts, they switch stuff up. So that throws me off. Like instead of being consistent in patterns the pattern changes, and then I'm not able to catch on. lol. Someone should make a compilation video of folks like me trying to do theses called "Try Not To Laugh" lmfao

Honestly i think Meagan's workout is always hard to follow. Just a feedback that it will be better if she can repeat the new moves for at least 4 times before she pauses. She always pauses after 2 times and then moves on to a quicker tempo after 2 rounds. It is hard to follow. In comparison, Sheela's workout is much easier to follow. It is not the issue with the moves difficulty but more on the approach.
