It's so refreshing to hear youtubers mention that it took them a while to conceive. I’m 15 weeks pregnant with twins after three miscarriages. I haven’t really looked up pregnancy-related videos. But I’ve been watching you for years, Jessica, so I already know and trust you, and I really appreciate videos like this from you! 💕 I’m so excited for you, Tyler and Gigi.

I was so excited when you announced you were pregnant! I'm 21 weeks. This is my fourth pregnancy, but the only one I've made it out of the first trimester so I feel so lost and overwhelmed at times so I love hearing your advice and feeling like I have someone on this journey with me!
Congrats on a your second trimester! I also experienced a 1st trimester loss, and I can only imagine what it would be like to go through it more than once. I know the worry is probably still in the back of your mind, but it’s very encouraging that you’ve made it this far. Just take it day at a time & try to focus on 1 thing each day that’s going well. I'm praying for you and the blessing you are carrying. If you aren't religious I understand and don't want to push my religion on you. So I will also put some good vibes out there too. 😊 may you have a beautiful healthy baby.
So excited for you! I'm 25 weeks today with my first after 3 years of trying and a miscarriage. Thank you for sharing your journey! Sending positive vibes for a continued happy and healthy pregnancy!
I'm 36 and a First Time Mom at 34 weeks. I'm feeling all the emotions of becoming a momma. Jessica I have so much love for u, your videos always put me in a good mood and I'm so happy for you, Tyler and Gigi! ❤ Tyler is such an amazing husband making and bringing u breakfast, he's such a Gem! I look forward to more of these pregnancy update videos!
Congratulations! It is awesome to hear you trusting your own instincts as a Mama, that's really where it's at. I wanted to share that when I was pregnant with my second child, my son was about 2 and a half and I read him "Sophie and the New Baby" by Albert Whtman all the time. He loved it and it's all about a sibling waiting while Mama's belly grows (which takes forever!) and then the baby is a total bummer-crying and lying about-before she learns to smile and play. It's really great.
I had post partum depression with my first child. I was 31. I wanted children. I wanted to be a mom. I think the realization that you have a tiny human that will depend on you for life is a dramatic change. I didn’t have a problem with my second.
I’m so happy you’re doing pregnancy updates! I’ve been watching your videos regularly for the past 2 years I think, and now I’m pregnant for the first time and it’s so nice to see someone I trust and watch for years being pregnant at the same time, it’s very comforting. I’m maybe a month or so behind you. Thank you Jess it really feels like I have a pregnant friend with me ❤️
My second baby was a breeze , I was more confident and in control. I knew how to handle taking care of him, my first one was a learning experience and a hard one. Praying for a healthy baby and that all goes well. Take care ❤️🙏🏼
Praying this pregnancy is smooth and enjoyable for you and your whole family! So excited for your little crew to grow and add another baby B to the mix 🥰
Jessica, I'm so excited for y'all! My son Ty is 3 months younger than GiGi so we were pregnant at the same time which was great. I remember watching your delivery video bawling my eyes out. I am so glad you talk about PPD so much because it's important. I suffered from it and had horrible intrusive thoughts which made it even worse. I'm so thankful that at 2 weeks in I told my doctor that I needed to get back on medication. Thanks for advocating about speaking up and not suffering in silence. 🙏 Sending hugs from GA 💜
God love you! I did the same thing with my postpartum. My babies are 17 and 19 now, so long time ago. But I was so lucky to have a group of friends that talked about it and recognized that I was struggling. I went on meds immediately after the second. I love that you talk about it. You have such a way about you that it feels like you're talking to a close friend. Love it all.
I’m soooo happy you made this video! I’m 31 about to be 32 in January. I’m pregnant with my second and there is a 6 year gap between both pregnancy’s. I’m 29 weeks now and WOAH! First pregnancy was a walk in the park. I had 0 symptoms. And now!? A walk in Jurassic Park! Morning sickness, nausea was horrible, throwing up, headaches, dizziness.. the works. I’m now feeling a lot better but the nausea lasted a while. I’ve been looking for pregnancy skin care and when I read the title, I got excited! ❤️ congratulations and THANK YOU for this video!!
I had 2 very difficult pregnancies and was loosing weight during both. I had very bad postpartum blues for both. I thank God my mom was still alive and she helped me so much. A difficult journey but beautiful results. Both are young adults and time heals the difficult memories. So excited Gigi will be a big sister!
Dear Jessica, congratulations your baby! Thank you for sharing so much. As a mother of 2 (now Teens) who suffered with extremely bad post postpartum depression the first time around, I chose to go on the meds as soon as I could after the second one. I did not want to risk even getting anywhere near the " the black hole of depression" , so it was preventative. I wish I would have gotten help sooner with my first. And it was not even my obgyn who helped me. I think there is still so much misinformation and stigma and shame with this. We need to get keep talking about it!
Hi Jessica- I don't know if I've commented before but wow I just appreciate how down-to-earth and honest you are. I've never had a baby but I'd like to someday, and I just watched your video about postpartum after your daughter and it was so encouraging. You don't fear-monger, but rather you speak the truth in a loving and encouraging way. I hope to watch it again when I'm pregnant so then I can remember not to feel anxious. You're like an encouraging but sister. Thanks and blessings to you and your family.
Jessica, I love what you are saying in this video. Everything is so true and relatable! I had a really hard time transitioning from no kids to one kid. I asked for help way too late because I kept questioning if I actually had PPD. Thank you for talking about all these important topics. I have felt alone for the past 18 months because every mom I talk to is super happy and transitioned so well to motherhood. It made me feel ashamed and defective.
I’m 8 weeks today with my first 🎉 and I so love being able to watch you go through this and gleaning all your wisdom. The anxiety around pregnancy is definitely something I’ve battled. My husband is so incredible sweet and told me one day I was freaking out “Dear, life was created. Let’s celebrate every day we have and the Lord will get us through whatever comes up.” Praying for a wonderful rest of your pregnancy 💕
Get the ALWAYS DISCREET 360 (the one that looks like underwear with the purple bow on it). You can layer it with an overnight pad too. It's SO COMFY, like a pillowy undies and protective.
I'm about 14 weeks into my first pregnancy and chiropractic has helped with my round ligament pain SO much!! Definitely recommend if you want relief for that and low back pain👌
I'm 8 and a half weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby, I'm feeling so sick and exhausted and lots of hip and lower back pain! Congratulations on your pregnancy, you look fantastic 💞
Love this. I am newer to you (found you this last year) and I love hearing your story of pregnancy the first time too. I also have 2 kiddos and had 2 different deliveries. Thank you for sharing. Congrats to you and your Family. Oh, my boys are 5yrs apart, it’s all so Beautiful. Enjoy💛
I so enjoy watching you and watching your journey as your family grows. We have three children and I remember feeling the same way about how we will manage 2 over one and then three over two. One of my close friends gave me the best advice and I now pass it on to everyone that is going through a life change. She told me “it becomes your new normal”. Which is so true. Every life change has it’s struggles and the transition period but then comes a time that you think wow- I can’t believe I used to worry about that.
I really enjoyed listening to you chatter, you are more like you use to be and just so happy. I’m as excited for this new little bundle as I was with GiGi. I think y’all are a precious couple and love your family. God bless you
I had morning/day/night sickness for the entire first six months of my second pregnancy and I LOVED/ADORED being pregnant and I went to almost 42 weeks and I could’ve kept going, being pregnant was the most precious time of my life!💗💙
Definitely think there is a huge identity and life shift from 0-1. I’ve seen it described as “matrescence” or the transformation into motherhood. Learning how to balance all the invisible load of motherhood, caring for someone else and trying to care for yourself, caring for your marriage, the way your friendships change, your body changing, figuring out who you are as a parent. It really does holistically change you as a person! And my daughter (my first) was very colicky with food allergies (wouldn’t take amino formula 😭) and colitis so that really took so, so much out of me.
I started following you when you were pregnant with Gigi, it’s just so exciting to see you grow your family as you’ve tell you wanted. Sending tons of love 🥺❤️
I'm 19 weeks with our 3rd (1st is an angel baby) so we are pretty close in our pregnancy. So excited for y'all! We are happy to be able to expand our lil family.
I like these updates. My husband and I are expecting our first baby next year end of June. I am about 10 weeks along and feeling great. We are excited to start thinking about the nursery and what we want on our baby registry.
Hey Ivy 👋! 12 weeks here! I’m so happy for you that you’re feeling great and a little jealous at the same time lol. I feel like trash.. I hope it gets better soon. 😩
Such a great video! I climbed up and down our stairs as a work out 😊 and yes, Pitocin increases the intensity of the contractions. It makes each contraction more forceful.
So encouraging to see someone else with a SCH! I’m 17+5 with my first baby and had one around 8 weeks that our doctors told us we were miscarrying to then see baby was fine on the ultrasound the following Monday. It is so scary & we were so terrified, but it’s great to see a mom with a baby who went through that and to know your baby is 3.5 & healthy now!
I’m in week 23 and because of the placenta location (anterior) I’m finally starting to feel flutters. So exciting to be on this journey with you and this community.
Jessica, you’re a breath of fresh air lol I mean it’s always so nice to watch your videos and hearing you talk about all the baby, even the hard parts, you do it so gracefully :) Lot’s of luck, health and peace in this pregnancy and for the afterwards ❤️
Excited to see your vlogs again. It was a godsend last year when we couldn't really get out. Hope your pregnancy and delivery is everything wonderful. You are such a joy to watch.
I'm on my 3rd pregnancy n I'm almost 39 weeks n way different from the last n 1st. I did took progesterone for the 2nd n this one too is a hassle specially cuz I also dealing with breast issues since I got pregnant till now we'll see how our breastfeeding journey goes but thankful is not cancer 🙏 Well congratulations 🎊 I'm so happy for you guys
I've been following you for years and I'm so excited for you and your family! I thought going from one to two kids was hard! Much harder than going from two to three for me. After your second is born your first seems so much older and it's emotional. Then you worry about making sure your first gets enough of your time and attention especially with a needy newborn. But you eventually find your grove and it's amazing!
THIS 👏🏻VIDEO 👏🏻!!!!! I truly wish this video had been out 7 years ago when I was going through our first pregnancy. Yes to everything you suggested and talked about! I had horrible PPD after having our daughter and didn’t talk about it. I feel like talking about mental health is so much better now and I’m so grateful. Once I started getting help and talking about it, being a mom was so much more fun!
So excited for you Jess 💗 I’m early in my first pregnancy, and it’s so cool to hear your updates and wisdom from your first compared to your second as I begin this journey. It had been a while since I watched TH-cam regularly but it’s so nice to hear from a familiar person 💗 wishing the best for you, baby 2, and Tyler/Gigi
Continued prayers for a healthy pregnancy journey! I so appreciate your willingness to share! Can't wait to find out what you are having! Also VERY excited to have vlogs back WITH COMMENTS! BEST news so far this holiday season!
I'm almost 28 weeks with my second girl and I related to so much of this! I actually found your channel through your pregnancy videos almost 3 years ago when I was pregnant with my first and haven't missed a video since! Love you and praying for a healthy pregnancy and can't wait to see what you're having! 💞
First time mama 23 weeks pregnant with twin boys! I’m excited to hear your advice and follow along with you in your second pregnancy as I navigate through my first. Congrats snd wishing you the best!
Such a great update! It’s exciting to see you feeling so much better than first time around. Enjoy the holiday season as you all prepare for this new baby! Congratulations 🎉
We just had baby #2 a month ago (unmedicated vbac!) After baby #1 I *thought* I didn't like the postpartum period (due to a lot of feeding complications) but with this babe it has been SO much better! Of course it's hard in a different way with 2 but I think this transition of going from 1-2 has been much easier on me than going from 0-1 babes.
You're doing great, Jess!! As a disabled nurse the "poor organization" you described is very upsetting. They made a huge error that could have ended... really badly. For those who don't know, the baby could have died! Then, not letting you know they planned to put Gigi in the NICU. Sadly, my bet is they did/didn't do some other things as well. I'm sorry you had that experience. Trust YOUR instincts when it comes to taking Lexapro after delivery. You can not go on it; you can go on it immediately; you could wait for symptoms and call your doctor if you have them; or you could get the script and fill it immediately and take it if you start any symptoms. The biggest thing I would tell myself if I could go back in time is 1) There's nothing wrong with asking questions!! As a nurse I encouraged questions and was happy to answer any and all questions. There really aren't any stupid questions. 2) Trust your own instincts!!
im currently 35 weeks pregnant with my second child and its a 10 year gap difference !! i couldnt wait for this video from you! 😀 this pregnancy was completely different than my first . so many different and updated technology and toys and EVERYTHING! crazy Lol
I’m so excited for you. I loved this video. We’re not having any more babies but it’s fun to listen to you and relive the excitement. I didn’t love being pregnant but I had HG and was so, so sick the whole time with both kids. I didn’t gain weight so that’s nice but I don’t wish 9 months of extreme all day sickness on anyone.
I'm not having babies, but I just love watching your videos.. wish nothing more than you to have a beautiful pregnancy and I'm along for the journey.. God bless ❤❤❤
I LOVE how your so comfortable and honest this confidentance is so beautiful to see on you! Though I could be your mom, everything your saying is exactly what I went through in 1987 my 1st son . I didn't know ANYTHING, not because I was dumb, we just didn't "know". Adults didn't talk about that to other adult family members. I'm learning SO much from you even as I've entered menopause. Love you girl your my favorite youtuber
I'm so happy for you Jessica. Your little bump is so cute. Thank you for including us in this journey again. I pray that your appointment went well and everyone is healthy and happy. You look so much more calm than your first videos about Gigi. So happy to see your family grow. You guys are excellent parents.
Going through and watching your pregnancy videos, helping me tremendously. This is my 3rd pregnancy, but I miscarried twice before. However I'm at week 14 now, so I'm feeling a bit more confident. Thanks for being so transparent as always, I know this is an older video but I hope you see this and know you help a lot of women.
My youngest (and last) is 2 months old today and this makes me miss being pregnant. I was one of the weird crazy ladies that LOVES being pregnant despite all the swelling, pains, difficulty getting around, nausea, etc. Still love it. Enjoy what you can, don't feel bad if you're not enjoying it, and remember you and Tyler are already awesome parents so this new baby is in good hands.
I'm so happy for you!! I'm coming up on a year trying to conceive (round 2 of clomid) and it's not working but hearing your experience helped! I would love to hear what books or resources you have used about you get ready for a baby because those are the things that I've been looking into to prepare myself!! Sending you a hug and positive vibes!
I love your makeup in this! So pretty and natural. Also, v excited for more regular pregnancy content. I'm really happy for you all and your new addition!
With both my pregnancies (almost 20 and 17 years ago 🙃) I had severe all day nausea and vomiting up until about about 4.5 months. I had a girl then a boy so same with both. 20 years ago they were much more reluctant to prescribe anti nausea meds. They finally put me on Zofran but at that point they weren’t sure of it was safe for pregnancies which was scary but my alternative was to keep getting IVs every week to survive. Back then a Rx of Zofran was about $3000 without insurance. 😦It was my lifesaver for both pregnancies. Good luck to all of you that are expecting! Such a special time. 💖 Also, I have to shout out my step sister’s channel. She has tons of pre and post natal workouts - Bodyfit by Amy.
I am kinda opposite I loved the transition to parenthood, but am so anxious about adding another. I am so worried about not having enough of me to go around and trying to juggle it all without losing the enjoyment in the chaos
I am very happy for you and your beautiful growing family. My husband was on Lexapro and it lead him to have a seizure. I understand where you are coming from and you are completely right, it is your body and your choice. Thank you for being so open and honest with us.
It's so crazy how stress/trauma during the pregnancy and/or birth can contribute to PPD. I had no idea because my first pregnancy/birth was very routine. My 2nd was very stressful and high risk and I definitely had PPD that time. I had a hard time bonding with my baby too. It sucked. I wish more people would talk about that kind of stuff! Prayers for a safe/happy pregnancy and delivery for you and baby! Congrats mama! ❤️
So excited for you!! We are pregnant with baby #3 after two miscarriages earlier in the year and due the first week of May, so not too far behind you. 🤗 Have loved your channel for years and looking forward to following along on this journey of yours as well. Many congrats again on this new chapter.
I love that coffee mug! It made me smile,... feel free to use it in upcoming videos it gives instant warm cosy christmas vibes :) I wish you all the best in this pregnancy.
Thanks for sharing your timeframe TTC. It makes others feel not so alone. We started trying in 2018. We stopped ovulation tests during covid bc it was already a stressful time. The stress of ovulation tests and everything else is overwhelming. We will probably see a fertility doc in 2022. Waiting for my deductible to restart in Jan because it’s a lot of money and it’s the end of the year so might as well try to meet the deductible next year. Ah, the American health system
We've been trying for a year and are also waiting until January to see a fertility specialist because of the way deductibles fall. Gotta love the healthcare system. 🙃
Yes, walking is such good exercise during pregnancy! I walked my dog about a mile twice a day virtually every day while I was pregnant (right up to the day I was induced) and I truly believe it made for an easier delivery.
I found pregnancy, giving birth and the post partum period quite traumatic so normally I avoid these videos, but yours are the ones I make an exception for. The way you talk about your experience makes me feel validated, not only that I'm so happy for you all, you can see the love and excitement that both you and Tyler feel (yes, there's totally a parasocial relationship going on on my end 😂).
PS: my "morning" sickness lasted from 3-4 weeks until 16 weeks 😩. I had to tell everyone early because of it and my GP very reluctantly gave me some medicine only after it got so bad I couldn't even make it into work (and since I was on a zero hours contract, that meant zero pay).
Thank you for being very vulnerable during (most if not all but especially) this video. We’re the same age and I’ve had such a fertility journey. We should be doing IVF in the next several months. I appreciate all the info you are willing to share. Thank you so much ❣️ I love your beauty and fertility videos (and the TylerTV Disney vlogs). Love you for sharing💗
I think that having the second baby is more manageable because you and your husband have learned who you are as parents. After you have figured out baby care and evolving needs of an infant, you also figure out how you do parenting. That makes SUCH a big difference, at least it did for me. The third baby was even easier.
I ended up loving going to my pregnancy specialist because it always made me feel better about my pregnancy because they checked everything. I had to go every week to my normal doctor and my specialist. I had a full photo album of ultrasounds by the end.
I too craved sweets w my daughter and some w my son but more salty/savory with him. So excited to watch vlogmas, I feel like we just did it but it’s my tradition to watch the braun family! 😉 much love to yall n hope ur appt went well. 💙
So happy for you guys! I had ppd with my first three and have been lucky so far 3 months postpartum with baby 4. I attribute that to majorly adjusting my expectations and goals postpartum (like lowering them all the way to the floor and then some), taking advantage of any/all the help possible, and being considered with certain supplements like fish oil. Highly recommend the book The First Forty Days to prepare for postpartum!
I was so nauseas for the first 19 weeks of my pregnancy. 😩 then I had one good week, then my blood pressure started bottoming out with the least bit of activity. My doctor didn’t think it was an issue because “my skin didn’t look dehydrated” (I was wearing a mask, how could they tell?!). It wasn’t just the awful feeling that I was experiencing all day every day, but the quarantine isolation & loneliness was compounding the experience and my overall mental health. (That’s largely why I left my OB’s office. They just couldn’t be bothered.)
I am 10 weeks with our first baby after a few years of trying. This video felt very realistic but not depressing like some others I have seen so thank you for that. This video made me feel a lot better about a lot of things lol Prayers going your way for the best pregnancy and birth ever!!

beautifully said!
I love this ☺️ and totally agree

God bless you Jessica and baby to be and GiGi and Tyler too! Love your little family!🥰
And I forgot to say my youngest daughter is pregnant and due same time as Jessica-so that’s exciting too!
This video gave me vibes from the good old days of Jessica sitting in her bedroom at her parents house making videos YEARS ago! Wow has time flown😭
Me too. Love it.
It's so refreshing to hear youtubers mention that it took them a while to conceive. You have been lucky to get rid of nausea at 8 weeks!
Congratulations! It is awesome to hear you trusting your own instincts as a Mama, that's really where it's at. I love your Vlogmas! My children have watched and they quoted Tyler’s Watching the garden groooow segment! Lol!
My motto has always been: low expectations are the key to happiness! Good luck!
I had post partum depression with my first child. I was 31. I wanted children. I wanted to be a mom. I think the realization that you have a tiny human that will depend on you for life is a dramatic change. I didn’t have a problem with my second.
Jess, two years later and I’m watching your videos! I’m a FTM and your videos have been super duper helpful and entertaining to watch!
I love when your videos are long, makes me happy I like hearing your advise, I’m looking up stuff constantly right now. Trust me it’s not too long
Jessica, I'm so excited for y'all!
I’m literally dying at a walk in Jurassic park. I’m so sorry you’re having a rough time, but that’s a hilarious way to phrase it
I had 2 very difficult pregnancies and was loosing weight during both.
I love that I know things can go wrong but I made it to the other side and I get so much comfort from that!
I had bad morning sickness and unisom and b6 helped a ton!
Great words! That balance is so hard to find, and changes as the baby and you do.
Jessica, you’re a breath of fresh air lol
I mean it’s always so nice to watch your videos and hearing you talk about all the baby, even the hard parts, you do it so gracefully :)
Lot’s of luck, health and peace in this pregnancy and for the afterwards ❤️
19:45 PPPPPPPPPPPPPREACH MAMA!!!!! Louder. That is such great advise, thank you!
Excited to see your vlogs again. It was a godsend last year when we couldn't really get out. Hope your pregnancy and delivery is everything wonderful. You are such a joy to watch.
It’s crazy how much has changed since being pregnant in 2017, it doesn’t feel like that long ago but so much has changed!
Hoping your appointment went well. Praying for a happy and healthy pregnancy.
I'm on my 3rd pregnancy n I'm almost 39 weeks n way different from the last n 1st. I did took progesterone for the 2nd n this one too is a hassle specially cuz I also dealing with breast issues since I got pregnant till now we'll see how our breastfeeding journey goes but thankful is not cancer 🙏
Well congratulations 🎊 I'm so happy for you guys
The egg cooking story is hilarious ! 😂😂😂
We call the runny egg in the middle of the bread that you cut a circle in, eggs in a basket. Love them!
I'm almost 28 weeks with my second girl and I related to so much of this! I actually found your channel through your pregnancy videos almost 3 years ago when I was pregnant with my first and haven't missed a video since! Love you and praying for a healthy pregnancy and can't wait to see what you're having! 💞
So excited for vlogmas!!! I’ve been watching your old ones lately bec it’s just good viiiibes
Jessica you are so sweet!!! I hope you had a lovely appointment. Wishing you, the baby and your family all the best xxx
I had an unmediated VBAC with my second too! Congrats!!!
this pregnancy was completely different than my first . so many different and updated technology and toys and EVERYTHING!
I am stoked for vlogmas!! It absolutely makes my day!
Tart cherry juice with tonic water for constipation was the best thing for me!
I love your makeup in this! So pretty and natural. Also, v excited for more regular pregnancy content. I'm really happy for you all and your new addition!
Jessica I relate to SO MUCH of this! Your confidence in yourself and your mindset now gives me confidence. Thanks for sharing!
This video made my heart so happy❤️ sending prayers for your ultrasound
I’m 24 and not pregnant but still watched because your videos bring me comfort as I go about my day! Congrats and wish you the best! 💕
Literally so ready for this video! I’m 23 weeks along, due at the end of March and I am so pumped that we are pregnant at the same time!! 😅🥰
You are just so likable! Exciting time of life for sure!
I'm excited to watch, I'm on my second with a 6 year gap 😆 and holy moly the first trimester has been rough.
It made me smile,... feel free to use it in upcoming videos it gives instant warm cosy christmas vibes :)
I wish you all the best in this pregnancy.
Congratulations Jessica! 🍼 So happy & excited for you!! Thanks for the video 😊
So excited for this video! I’m 22w now and right there with you
I was so nauseas for the first 19 weeks of my pregnancy.
I loveeddddd this video. Love you on the floor in the bedroom and just chatting answering questions 😍😍
I have no plans for another baby, I had one and was done lol but I still watched this entire video just because I’m so excited for you and Tyler.
