I could definitely see Batman trying to incapacitate Homelander and then trying to dismantle Vought.
i see Vought as the bigger threat, they can pump out a endless supply of low grade unstable superpowered rejects just so they can develop a better V compound to sell.
But probably try to redeem Black Noir, he was wholesome

Yes, Superman can easily beat Homelander but this is about incapacitating the target. Not killing them. There’s another way Superman can beat Homelander without restoring to brute force cause that would make Homelander resist more or even panic. Superman can just stand there while Homelander tries to attack him only for him to see that he can’t even hurt Superman. After Superman talks to him, Homelander would realize that Superman is everything he isn’t and will never be. Superman and Homelander have insane power but Superman has one thing that Homelander doesn’t.
Freedom.
Superman helps people because he wants to. Homelander is forced to help people but at the same time, is reliant on the public approval.
At that point, Homelander would get desperate and try to break Superman emotionally. He might go for the civilians or Lois Lane if she is nearby to kill her. Only for Superman to effortlessly cut him off. At that point, it will hit Homelander that no matter what he does, Superman will always be better.
Homelander would die of sheer envy. 😂

I could see Batman trying to redeem Homelander, once he's incapacitated/imprisoned of course. He should realize that his psychological profile is only because of his upbringing and the egocentric, psychopathic personality he currently has is not his base nature.
If anything, I could see Bruce calling in Superman for this one, both to keep Homelander in check and to teach Homelander how to be a proper hero.
Of course, Batman would stick him in Arkham... Homelander would be back on the street in a week, working for the Riddler and drinking Venom straight out of the carton. 😁

I've never been a really huge fan of Batman, but I do have to say, I would pay good money to see Batman kick the living shit out of Homelander.

That’s not the point. Batman’s contingency plans, even in his original plans against the Justice League assumed that no other hero would help. Using his own tactics and resources, either because the other supers are also incapacitated or because they all turned. It’s why his plan for Wonder Woman wasn’t “idk call the Boy Scout lol”.
Just deploy the most wholesome momma with the biggest milky tankers in your organisation, and ring the dinner bell to catch Homelander’s attention.
A few flaws with this plan, for one it's based off a compound V antidote which doesn't exist and as we've seen it would not only kill him but would be airborne and kill all supers. Also he can't see through zinc but he can still see zinc, so zinc armour wouldn't be invisible to him and would likely raise his attention the most.
I like how "Batman" got quiet after he mentioned "Homelander" had made a alternate personality to endure the torment he faced. 1:11

The least risky contingency plan is to simply call Superman. As soon as he tanks Homelander's first punch, he would enter a state of self-destruction due to being truly weak for the first time.
Other than that, I don't doubt that Batman would find a way to incapacitate Homelander in a trap and extract all of the Compound V from him.

I do not normally like bat- mans plans but I really do not like homewrecker even more. My personal contengency plan against homewrecker is simply the Omni man. Because I have watched the Omni man DEATHBATTLE against homewrecker and the Omni man still held his own. Problem solved. Case closed.
Awesome video! And it is great to see someone acknowledge John's/Homelander's truama and how that is effecting his behavior. I am a big believer that John/Homelander has some form of dissociative identity disorder, along with serval other mental health conditions like an anxiety disorder and CPTSD, all caused by the neglect and brutality of his upbringing... which led to his sociopathy and narcissism.
I love that Batman's end goal is to get John/Homelander the therapy he needs, although I don't think going back to being a hero would be in his best interest. So much of his truama is tied to being a superhero and the expectations put on him, as well as never being given the opportunity to develop his own personality outside of what vaught and their shareholders thought would be best for business. It would be to easy to trigger his truamas and set him back on his mental health journey if something went wrong.
He needs to learn how to be a person and who he is outside of his powers and vaught first, at the very least.
The most insane part is the concept of Homelander being rehabilitated WITH his powers still intact. Absolutely no way that would work LOL. The moment Homelander walks out his cell he'll waste everyone and attempt to regain his public image.
