Contingencies for contingencies, if he knows you exist, he knows all about you ultimately and has planned for you. Don’t forget that it was canonically cyborg and the flash (with assistance from Bruce’s MONEY more than his brain on this project) working on the cosmic treadmill, which already gave the flash multiversal travel, to expand its effect to the whole JLA. So bat-tech is nothing compared to Rick tech. And the VR simulation thing has been done, and Rick was aware of it the second he woke up and escaped. Again, I love Batman, but Rick has literally fought against EVERYTHING Batman is proposing, and won. I honestly don’t think Bruce can POSSIBLY solo Rick Sanchez, and that actually hurts me to say.😢

You can't prepare to outsmart Rick... That's the whole point. Whatever you may think, he'll always be 3 steps ahead. And he'll ALWAYS find a way to escape ANY kind of prison..
The problem is Rick knows he's in a show and that he has plot armor. The closest time he was truly in danger is when him and Morty were stuck in the opening sequence meaning he didn't actively have his plot armor until after the opening. The only way to defeat Rick is to end the show Rick and Morty or make a spin off where Rick isn't the main character making Rick vulnerable. That's why the infinite finite curve is a thing, it's him forcing the show to continue with him being the main character and granting him plot armor. Nothing this fake batman has said would work.

Because there are entities within the Phantom Zone that could help him out, or just kill him if they want to. Sending him to the version where he's utterly isolated may be the best ultimate option, but that, too, might kill him. However, the PZ is not a guarantee, and inmates have been known to get out somehow. I'd say there's something else to consider, and that's Morty. Without Morty, Rick is even more dangerous, sometimes even to himself. Morty helps keep Rick somewhat grounded, and that can be good or bad, depending on the situation. Morty himself is unstable, probably due to his grandfather's influence, but at least he could potentially be useful in defeating Rick if necessary.

Dude the only sound contingency with Rick is Stay away. Dont bother him, he don’t bother you. Make it a problem, he’ll make your bout with Superman look like freaking child’s play.
Aside from borrowing some cosmic, nigh omnipotent weapon, batman couldn't beat Rick. Even if you kill him, he just comes back to life via cloning, an AI backup, or literally outsmarting the denizens of an afterlife to escape death. So any physical attacks short of "The Device" or some Dr. Who shit can't perma kill Rick. So short of a literal god you can't overpower him. And since he's the smartest man in the universe he will ALWAYS be one step ahead of Batman or anyone else from his dimension. And it's shown the only Rick C-137 couldn't beat is Rick Prime. And while Evil Morty has bested C-137 numerous times. He never kills him because he doesn't want to deal with the manhunt for him; therefore enlisting his help is impossible. Rick Prime is dead and even while alive he's too much of an arrogant ass to partner or help anyone. So there's literally no fight Rick loses unless he wants to lose. Besides, any plan thought up by Batman will be exposed by Rick's superior tech/hacking. He's done this to enemies multiple times. Plus Rick is immortal. He could literally just get killed by Batman over and over until Batman dies of old age. The only plan is containment: just leave him alone because he won't put effort in into killing you if you don't resist.
Somebody call up DC comics. This would be the best crossover since Batman VS Predator or Superman VS Aliens. Seeing a seriously drawn and fleshed out Rick would be fascinating. Rick has shown to have a fear for pirates, use of that fear can give his opponents an advantage.
Several enemies have attempted to trap Rick in simulations during the course of the show. If it didn't work for any of them, I don't see why it would work for Batman.

His weapons/gadgets are in-hackable, even the council of ricks couldn’t stop him from escaping multiple times. and he’s (and I’m sorry to say this as I love Batman) probably even smarter than Bruce. The man invented pocket-sized multiversal travel out common earthly materials, and was said to be the ONLY Rick equal to Rick Prime, who’s EASILY the strongest Rick. Don’t forget that it was canonically cyborg and the flash (with assistance from Bruce’s MONEY more than his brain on this project) working on the cosmic treadmill, which already gave the flash multiversal travel, to expand its effect to the whole JLA. So bat-tech is nothing compared to Rick tech. And the VR simulation thing has been done, and Rick was aware of it the second he woke up and escaped. Again, I love Batman, but Rick has literally fought against EVERYTHING Batman is proposing, and won. I honestly don’t think Bruce can POSSIBLY solo Rick Sanchez, and that actually hurts me to say.😢
These are solid ideas in theory, but in practice, I imagine that the technology needed is beyond Batman’s current capability. And I say that as somebody that is always on board the “Batman Wins With Prep-Time” train. This isn’t even getting into the fact that he failed to account for both Morty and Summer.

You can't prepare to outsmart Rick... That's the whole point. Whatever you may think, he'll always be 3 steps ahead. And he'll ALWAYS find a way to escape ANY kind of prison..
The problem is Rick knows he's in a show and that he has plot armor. The closest time he was truly in danger is when him and Morty were stuck in the opening sequence meaning he didn't actively have his plot armor until after the opening. The only way to defeat Rick is to end the show Rick and Morty or make a spin off where Rick isn't the main character making Rick vulnerable. That's why the infinite finite curve is a thing, it's him forcing the show to continue with him being the main character and granting him plot armor. Nothing this fake batman has said would work.

Sending him to the Phantom Zone might be just the ticket, but it can depend on which version of it he's sent to. Because there are entities within the Phantom Zone that could help him out, or just kill him if they want to. Sending him to the version where he's utterly isolated may be the best ultimate option, but that, too, might kill him. However, the PZ is not a guarantee, and inmates have been known to get out somehow.
I'd say there's something else to consider, and that's Morty. Without Morty, Rick is even more dangerous, sometimes even to himself. Morty helps keep Rick somewhat grounded, and that can be good or bad, depending on the situation. Morty himself is unstable, probably due to his grandfather's influence, but at least he could potentially be useful in defeating Rick if necessary.

Aside from borrowing some cosmic, nigh omnipotent weapon, batman couldn't beat Rick. Even if you kill him, he just comes back to life via cloning, an AI backup, or literally outsmarting the denizens of an afterlife to escape death. So any physical attacks short of "The Device" or some Dr. Who shit can't perma kill Rick. So short of a literal god you can't overpower him. And since he's the smartest man in the universe he will ALWAYS be one step ahead of Batman or anyone else from his dimension. And it's shown the only Rick C-137 couldn't beat is Rick Prime. And while Evil Morty has bested C-137 numerous times. He never kills him because he doesn't want to deal with the manhunt for him; therefore enlisting his help is impossible. Rick Prime is dead and even while alive he's too much of an arrogant ass to partner or help anyone. So there's literally no fight Rick loses unless he wants to lose.
Besides, any plan thought up by Batman will be exposed by Rick's superior tech/hacking. He's done this to enemies multiple times. Plus Rick is immortal. He could literally just get killed by Batman over and over until Batman dies of old age.
The only plan is containment: just leave him alone because he won't put effort in into killing you if you don't resist.
