35 interviews for one day's work is wonderful.

when it comes to the tech giants especially, its unusually rare that they will contact anyone who applies directly, the jobs they post on their own websites they are looking to have filled by candidates already within the company. if you really wanted to work for a particular large corporation it will typically have to be through a contracting agency at first, and then once you're situated they will put you in higher consideration for regular employment

Definitely. My indirect hope with the video is that it could serve as evidence that applying directly to big name companies is not an effective way to get your foot in the door.

Damn, what a great video. It's a very niche content but I think you're gonna grow a lot given the quality of ur content.

I swear you’re super experienced making content but somehow your channel is small, it feels you got milllions of subs.

Well thank you! I appreciate that! I'm enjoying this process and plan to keep chugging along.

Hey, big fan of your work! Im am international student graduating August 2024, finding it very difficult to secure a job. Could you please help me with job search? Would really appreciate it!

Congrats on the upcoming graduation! And thank you!
I don't do 1:1 coaching online, but I can definitely tell you what I see work with a lot of international students:
Make sure that you've got your visa stuff taken care of, first and foremost. But from there, try to leverage your university's recruiting infrastructure as much as you possibly can to get that first full-time job in the U.S.
Career fairs, open houses, information sessions, hiring events - these are where employers willing to hire international graduates are going to congregate.
Trying to play the Indeed/LinkedIn game as someone who needs sponsorship is virtually impossible, so sometimes it's best to "settle" on a job near your college for a year or two before using that experience to pivot into something better.
Also make sure that your application documents are as American-style as possible. I see a lot of international students accidentally self-sabotage because they're following CV or cover letter standards from their home country.
Ideologically we're a "meritocracy" (whether or not that's true in practice notwithstanding), so employers care about how your skills and experiences directly relate to what they're looking for more than they'll ever care about your GPA, awards, publications, or titles.
Giving the employer as much evidence as possible that you can do the job they're hiring for is going to do you the most favors.
      Best of luck!

Congratulations on this video! You followed my suggestions much better than I ever could! It only needs a little touch of "Curiosity" in it's cover.
May I suggest that you add some text in the thumbnail that says "I applied to ALL SF 500 companies with the perfect resume to prove the system is broken" With yours and Johnny's picture and a label that says "Not really me" pointing to Johnny XD or somehting like that.
Because the titlle I Applied to Every Single Fortune 500 Company and the thumbnail it has now (which is really pretty btw) doesn't give me enough curiosity to click it if I don't know you and know your content.
Here is my first video, although I warn you it's very far from being as good as yours
