I understand eating disorders Kev. I went from anorexia a few years back to now eating the wrong stuff. It's tough. I am a all or nothing person. I don't know what normal is when it comes to food. It's all anxiety producing. Winter is tough to get motivated. I have made a lot of videos over the years and been hit with copyright a few times... I went to Mexico a few times where I got implants. Two on one side and one on the other. Have to be careful with the nuts for sure!! Tomorrow I get my hair done again. It's long and I get purple added to my hair. Ever try putting coconut oil in your coffee? If you add that and butter to coffee and blend it's called bullet proof coffee and it's good for you 💜 I need to go see my hip Dr to see what I need to do to get rid of the pain I've been dealing with. Oh I bought some CBD oil which helped with sleep however I did a urine test and I tested positive for THC! I bought the stuff from a reputable place. I can't win!
Hey Megan! 💜 Thanks so much for sharing all that with me-it’s clear you’ve been through a lot, and I really admire your openness and resilience. Food and anxiety are such a tricky combo, and I can definitely relate to that “all or nothing” mindset. Winter really does make everything feel ten times harder, doesn’t it? Your hair sounds amazing-I bet the purple looks fantastic! And yes, I’ve heard of bulletproof coffee but haven’t tried it yet. Maybe I’ll give it a go sometime. That’s so frustrating about the CBD oil-sometimes even the best stuff can cause those tests to pop positive. I hope your hip doc can help you find some relief soon. Thanks again for being here and for always sharing your thoughts. You’re awesome, Megan! 💜 Keep taking care of yourself.
It was so fun to see you walking down the snowy streets of Boston with a big smile on your face. Beautiful! (I wish I'd taken the chance to visit my cousin when he lived in Boston). It seems like most of the time you go to visit friends it really lifts your spirits. Yay! I am sorry your pain level has been higher. I am dealing with a bit of that too, and it's such a vicious cycle when the symptoms make me worry, and the worry causes more symptoms. I am looking at completely cutting out sugar from my diet, which I know will help. Normally, I only eat a few squares of chocolate a day, but admittedly this raised during the holiday season. I am also trying to cut out worry, which is very simple but not very easy! It is kind of what our brains do naturally, trying to find solutions to problems, but with some of us our brains just go overboard. It takes radical trust in myself and the universe, but it's worth trying. Day by day.... I also wanted you to know I really like your song "Illegitimate Child.” It is very pretty.
Thank you so much for your kind words! Walking through snowy Boston with a smile felt like a little victory, and I’m glad that came through in the video. I hope you get the chance to visit someday-it’s such a unique city, especially in the snow. I hear you about the pain-worry cycle. It’s such a tough loop to break out of, and I’m proud of you for taking steps like cutting out sugar and practicing that radical trust. You’re so right-simple doesn’t always mean easy, but day by day is the perfect approach. Be gentle with yourself; every little step counts. And thank you for mentioning “Illegitimate Child”! That song means a lot to me, and it’s so nice to know it resonated with you. I would like to create a cleaner version. I've since forgotten how to play the song, so I'll have to relearn my own material. Sending you strength, warmth, and a little extra peace today. Keep taking those steps-one at a time. ❤️ Thanks for your ongoing support here.
@@kevgmor It is quite amazing that we have this technology to connect at a distance, allowing people like us who may be dealing with similar issues, even though their situations may be different, to support each other! This is the internet at its best!
I have only watched up until "Lines" because I am now obsessed with this song! It took me a while to figure out, and maybe you don't even think about it in technical terms, but I really dig how between the verses the rhythm essentially goes from 8/8 to 7/8 to 8/8 to 6/8. I love it!!! Oh, and if I haven't suggested this already already, Seinfeld bloopers Are an excellent way to start the day laughing! 😅
I'm so glad you appreciate and enjoy the off-timing of that song; it's fun for me. I would like it to be on the next album. I do enjoy Bloopers from Seinfeld, The Office and a bunch more, thanks
I was abused many years and i am disabled person. I hate myself the way i am because being abused and disabled. I cant do much things like others so my self image is destroyed. And toxic masculinity was for years brought on me everyday despite being disabled.
I feel for what you’ve had to go through. It’s rough. I can relate also to the toxic masculinity, it’s kind of why I sometimes do my nails. I have a strong feminine side to me which I used to feel a shamed of, as a straight male. The people in my life NOW encourage and make me feel safe to express that side of me. Thank you for sharing and watching, Mitch 😊
@kevgmor thanks for your words. The world treats us worse than criminals. One more question that really bothers me. I am 44 and still feel inside like I was at 25. Do u still feel the same inside like u were younger?
Beautiful song and Praying for you sweetheart ❤❤❤hang in there soldier I believe those are demons as well. You see things we don’t see love your story. I have also seen demons and Satan I seen Jesus as well as angels I pray you will see them too. @@mitch5222 Yes. I am 52 but often feel like a teenager, or like a college student just learning about life's lessons
Instead of laying down when being tired, try Yoga Nidra 😉

I saw and met Jesus while in a four day coma when I was 16. Changed my life.
