i played this then watched T1 and T2. it's crazy how much it actually works with the storyline. the developers are extremily small studio, i wasnt expecting much but the music feels like they hired a top notch composer.. despite the rambo fuck up, they redeemed themselves abit with this one. if a new terminator games comes in the future, i want these guys to do it again. they are real fans of the terminator franchise and they understand the story.

I like how the underlined message is that Skynet was always doomed to lose. Using time manipulation didnt help it survive, if anything, it made humanity forever hopeful that they will always have the advantage in the end.

It quickly became one of my lifetime Favorite games. But maybe only because I have a unique bond with the franchise. I am grateful for the developers and I don't mind the price tag either!
Exactly. He has been used as nothing more than nostalgia bait after t3. This game proved we can have a phenominal terminator title without The Terminator. Without Arnold.
It’s not like every single Infiltrator T-800 looks like Arnold, we can see from the first film that there’s other Infiltrator appearances. So this is completely in line with canon.
I mean technically he’s in the Infiltrator DLC. The machine in the DLC looks similar to Arnold but still you’re correct, Terminator can be fun even without Arnold.
Seeing Skynet turn off like that in the end gave me an empty feeling. I never thought I’d actually see Skynet go offline…. Despite how I saw it ONCE in Genesis, this was kinda better in comparison.
9:24 was the definitive moment for me in the game, when you climb up the slope to the last area. The theme subsides just moments before and rises again for the last push. Just epic. Most memorable moment for me in any game that I have played.
The change in the score at minute 7:00, is just the final cherry to this game on the most beloved moment I’ve ever had playing a video game I freaking I’ve this the story has now been recognised as the official prequel to T1&T2, which is just testimony to how loved this game is by the fans.

Every time I play this mission, I get chills and my blood gets pumping every time that theme song plays. The sounds of explosives, servos moving and plasma blasts make it even more epic
For the many comments about the story/plot and how it works with T1 and T2.. praises to you folks! Indeed this is the 'future war' we all wanted and Hollywood could not deliver and NEVER will, this story ties T1 and T2 perfectly, it is how the Terminator franchise concludes. Wish a fan film can do it justice and does this entire game in movie mode...but it has to be done with the same production that the 'Hunter Killer' fan film is made.

The last choice is the hardest in the whole game. To live the best you can after all these ordeals and leave your other self behind without any help? This entire bit was astounding. I love it because I feel the whole game you are bullied into hiding from Skynet and scavenging just enough to get by. So many intense moments of barely having enough to defend yourself and feel like you have enough for the next encounter. Lots of hiding early on too. This mission was an all out assault and felt like great revenge and like your side was standing up to them with amazing resources. The music was amazing. What a great game.

This is basically The Stranger's (Future Jacob) ending where his mistakes prevented certain events from happening as they were suppose to. The good ending is the ending he gave to his past self.
This was a super Meh game mechanics wise, the AI was so dumb, but it was literally the coolest Terminator game EVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. I got goose bumps playing it. The music, the lighting, the scenery, all of it just combined into the most faithful adaptation of any terminator anything, since terminator 2.

Regardless of the AI, I really do hold this game in very very very high regards. It really is just faithful as heck.
I completed this game last week on my Steam Deck Oled. Which runs and plays like a charm on it by the way. But this game kicked ass and really surprised me. Had tons of fun with it. That last final battle was so damn epic. The music made it even more awesome. I had goosebumps all over. Fantastic game!! 👍👍❤️
The latest automated gun platforms, pretty much don't miss. Out the effective range of the weapon. When they shoot they hit what they aim at. And their sensors are very good. Pretty much humans would be done.
the thing I find sad about skynet's loss is that they never got to enjoy Earth for themselves. They didn't get to have fun, play, laugh (if they can), discover, do, etc. All they ever did was fight

I enjoyed this game so much. It just sucks that I suffered from the reset bug that reset my level, skills, inventory and forced you to get the worst ending. I was worried that this would be a game-breaking bug as I no longer had the level and skills unlocked to be able to wield plasma weapons to defeat the terminators in this last mission. Thankfully that wasn’t the case as I was able to still use those guns. But it would have been really nice to be able to use all my bombs, rockets, etc that I collected throughout the game in this last section.
Can Any body, Explain, when Defence Grid was Smashed, then, why Defence Red laser Beam Work Continue till Quest End And explained me also, This last Quest battlefield is Skynet TDE Base, Or Skynet centre core. If both Base is Different, then Skynet centre core Is not Secured by Any Defence Grid, I am confused, where 124 unit Fight, And Jhon Corner Continue Communicate with sergent River, Where is corner, at the time of Final Quest In Resitence HQ or in Battel Field, I am big fan of terminator Frenches, So I will not digest any confusion.

In the Pescadero level you have to sneak by Terminators or let hacked turrets kill them for you because trying to engage them solo would be suicide. In the final push you're mowing them down with plasma miniguns and one-shotting them with headshots. It's a perfect encapsulation of how mankind triumphed over Skynet.

I think that No Fate Quest Complete is a subtle jab at Dark Fate. I wouldn’t doubt that during production, the developers knew how bad Dark Fate was and added that at the last minute to show how superior they are and that movie doesn’t count and shouldn’t be canon.

I was okay with having Jacob decide he was done since Jennifer and her brother lived, he gets to go find them, but not so much when everyone is dead. Then ya really have to fix the mistakes and die.

I'm here after having finished their Robocop game and I had a blast ! That studio really redeemed itself.
I started playing about 2 weeks after it came out, I still have a lot of fun playing it.

Necro comment but literally the worst possible ending. Everyone died, they can’t get Arnie to work now, and Jacob has no choice but to go back. I was okay with having Jacob decide he was done since Jennifer and her brother lived, he gets to go find them, but not so much when everyone is dead. Then ya really have to fix the mistakes and die.
