    28 weeks pregnant with sciatica and bad knees. I could do most of these. Billy is a blessing and I loved doing his vhs workouts with my mom as a kid. So glad he stayed at it 😊

    I have MS and don’t walk so this workout is perfect! Most chair workouts fail to raise my heart rate but with this I burn fat comparable to a standing workout. We NEED more of these chair workouts for immobile people.

      I'm so glad to know that you are still putting out fitness videos! I haven't done this one yet. I'm gonna work on my fitness for the next couple weeks, and do it at the end of the January.

    I twisted my ankle terribly once and did this while recovering. It was super awesome. Nobody beats Billy Blanks. 💪

    I'm in month 7 of healing from a tibial plateau fracture with soft tissue and nerve damage. I can walk without an aide now so I started using a treadmill. Until my knee and ankle muscles are much stronger that has to happen in microdoses. This IS beautiful! This work of art allows me to still get the badly needed cardio and muscle work done with a lower negative impact. Thank you so much! In the weeks ahead I hope to build up and return to your other standing workouts.

    The funny thing is that i used to do the regular tae bo on my office chair. Did not realize there was a special Chair Workout all that time.

    I love Billy Blanks and ALL his workouts. I've been here since the beginning and AIN'T going NO where!! Just love how the workouts have been modified to have a great workout by sitting in a chair. What will you think of next?! Thanks for being a huge part of my life.

    okay back in 1999 i bought the very first tae bo vids off tv (videocassette! lol)
    man he reshaped my hips/waist/fat lower back after having my daughter. i need to find that video again! it was green if i recall (you got four tapes light blue/purple/green)

    Sit down to make it easier? It's sooo much harder! Also, when he said "You'll feel some body parts you've bever felt before", i've felt that in my core. So many new muscles and joints reached.

      Yes, I thought this was more difficult as well. The muscle dynamics are completely different while sitting. All those little muscles you never notice when standing do a lot more work on this one.

    This is great, but for those of us that need a chair to do workouts because of bad knees, squats and getting up on top of a chair, just is not happening :D I will march in place from my chair during those.
