    I praise God that Billy Blanks puts his work out videos out for free! I homeschool my kiddos, therefore I am their PE teacher. But in sept 2021 I became really sick and can’t always walk so my children now do their PE with Tio Blanks, we call him 😂❤️. We can’t afford classes so I’m so thankful for his videos and they are very good for a great workout and encouraging how he motivates the viewer!

      I agree... from South Africa- I lost 15k's 18 years back in 6 weeks- I've tried everything - Billy's workouts are the best and it gets you in great shape, tone and strength. Billy looks great !!!

    I love Tae Bo. My biggest pet peeve is that popular workouts nowadays get you up and down from the floor way too much. Tae Bo keeps you on your feet and groups floor work together at the end. You can't beat that. Thanks Mr. Blanks and his team.

    Billy Blanks I want to say thank you so much for walking with me through this journey of losing weight..My staring weight was 293 on 2/25/20 and as of today 3/16/20 I'am 273 pounds.20 pounds lost already I'm going to keep fighting!!!Thank you

    From 125lbs down to 117lbs in just a lil more than a week! I didnt change my diet, I eat the same homecook meals which mostly contains rice and meat, but with limit this time though. I dont like eating salad, but will try to force since diet helps even more. But this exercise really works!

    I've been doing Tae Bo from March 1st 2013 and I have Lost 95 lbs to date. I love that Billy Blanks is so encouraging and he talks you through the entire video. Tae Bo is the only exercise videos that I have found myself returning to on days when I don't even want to move. One day I would LOVE to meet Billy or Shelly just to thank them for always being so encouraging. :)

    So happy to have found this. At 18 years old back in 1999, this workout helped me get in the best shape of my life. And now I am very out of shape and starting all over. But I remember this well, it works. I love Billy Blanks ❤️

    Taebo is the only workout tht has totally transformed by reshaping my body really fast. I've lost weight too with Taebo. I will always go back to Taebo.

    I have been doing TaeBo since Billy first came out. All this new contemporary stuff is great, but Billy is my man. I don't have any problems doing this, it helps with my coordination strength and confidence! I'm glad he didn't stop when others came on the seen.

    Taebo made me lost 30 pounds 10 years ago, right now I´m doing it all over again. Love it. One session and my body is grateful and sees the difference. Hi from Costa Rica

    I started with the first Tae-Bo VHS boxed set in the 90’s. It was fun. I felt powerful. Got in great shape! Twenty years, arthritis and 50 pounds heavier, I came across this video, and I am encouraged to work-out again. I’m sure I’m going to have to “modify” the moves quite a bit, but I’m sure if I’m careful and listen to my body, I’ll be feeling and moving much better in no time!

    I bought my first taebo series in 2000 and somehow 18 years later it is still a great kickboxing workout - one of the best in that category on youtube and with NO EGO and fakeness! Thank you Billy Blanks and Shelly! For another great workout

    I could not keep up the fast pace and do some of the sit ups ( yet) but wow! LOVE IT! 262 pounds from 400 and plan on doing more Tae Bo. thank you ! God Bless.

    Loved taboo back in the 2000s and have come back to it over the years. I was in the best shape of my life when I did his workouts about 5 times a week. My gym is closed, I have a thyroid problem and need to do something that helps my metabolism. This has always been the best for me.

    I'll say again what I said in other posts, I love Tae-Bo. I first bought VHS tapes back in 2003 in the Philippines, and it was pretty life-changing. I wasn't as religious as I should have been with the workouts. But every time I go back to working out, and I try other exercise tapes, I always go back or mix it up with Billy Blanks' Tae-bo because nothing gives me a more complete feeling that I got exercises addressing strengthening, flexibility and agility, sculpting, great cardio, great stretching, and great energy-boosts in one session. I love it. I like other exercise programs, but I always love the feeling I get after a Tae-bo session. And I don't feel that Billy Blanks is at all "gimmicky". No "overdone" motivational dramas. :-) Just a good practical body-busting workout! Thanks, Billy Blanks! God bless!

    I'm in Week 4 and I'm working out 5-6 times a week, I love it so much!!! I've had to go shopping for new clothes already!! The changes I'm seeing this early are amazing - even my baby-belly (due to a C-section) is starting to tone up!!! Just goes to show Tae Bo really works!!

    I’ve been sad and stressed lately and having a bit of health issues… today I decided to get out my Taebo DVDs and oh did it bring back memories. I had Billy’s VHS tapes as a teenager and used to workout often. I want to start moving and feeling better. Thanks for the inspiration, Billy, Shelly and the team! 🤟

    Billy Blanks helped me get back into shape and looking better than ever 12 years ago after I had my daughter. Now this video and his encouragement throughout it is helping me get back into shape after having my little boy. Keep going and don't stop!!! ☺👍🏼

    This is REALLY a complete workout!! I actually start out with Billy Blanks SUPER ABS work out first and then get into this one!! The combination of the SUPERABS and this BILLY BLANKS EXCLUSIVE workout gives me the FITNESS workout that I NEED! Thank you BILLY AND SHELLY!!

    I've been doing Tae Bo since at least 2009! It helped me lose 25lbs and 4 dress sizes! I'm just returning after multiple years and 2 kids and Tae Bo is the workout my body responds to every time. I love Zumba, it's fun, but nothing whips me back in shape like Billy Blanks and Tae Bo! I lost my original DVDs, so thank you so much for the TH-cam videos!

    I always feel terribly bored during sports and now I have found my goal .. Tae bo exercises with this coach made me spend an hour enjoying the game without getting bored and every day I wake up excited to watch this video and play

    Billy is a beast! Beachbody should sign him and give us a new Tae Bo. His form is damn near perfect and the concept of tae bo is to move to the beat. and he spend so much time talking a form which is more important then speed, thats the point of sticking with the beat to disregard speed and focus on form. the downfall is that the beat is the same tempo. this workout dvd would really kick ass if he blended it with Shaun T concept of interval training and change the speeds. one set at a slower tempo, then medium pace, then fast pace, but still all stay at the same pace. - my 2 cent

    We love you, Billy!!!! you are #1 forever and for always!!! I can eat whatever I want because of Tae Bo & Billy, all I have to do is Taebo for a month and then my body snaps back. The rest can keep their imitation, there ain't nothing like the real thing. I love you, thank you.

    esses exercicios me fizeram perder gordura do corpo é lá se fora mais de 20 K nâo conseguia fazer exercicios de outra forma quando vi Tae Bo achei que nao ia con seguir também mas para mim surpresa tenho uma rotina de 5 vezes na semana intercalados com abdominas, estou aos poucos definido meu corpo maravilha, excelentes essa rotina com Billy sem falar que é um excelente treinador.

    Iv been doing this since the 90s. when they had you do it at gym class. On a tiny old tv with vhs on those ugly tv carts. Iv owned many vhs and dvds. Even time I pick it back up its like I never stoped. The best work out by far!!! You wanna lose weight and work on your mucle mass, And learn some martial arts techniques well billys the man. And a little shout out to his son who is also in fitness and does pretty good to billy blanks jr.

    I am in quarantine so I can't walk like I usually do. I just found you on TH-cam and forgot how much I used to enjoy working out to your TaeBo tapes in the 90s. I just hit the 60s and realize that I can still high kick and box like nobody's business. I guess doing exercise all those years is paying off. Thanks Billy for keeping me fit and happy during these dark days.

    I've been doing Tae Bo for 15 years and it never gets old, and never lets me down. I can always find a challenge within the same workout no matter how many years I do it. Shapes my body like no other workout can, just using my own body for resistance. I've tried other vids, including Insanity and P90X, but i dont enjoy them and i cant stick to their programs. I just do whatever Tae Bo video I feel like and I'm never disappointed. Billy's workouts keep me coming back for more! :)

    I remember doing Taebo when I was in my teens. I lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks, but then I was younger and more active. Now...not much, but I will try this again because no other workout routine has kept me on a routine.

      For mornings, I'll have a tuna fish sandwich with light mayo, or a turkey sandwich. The only thing I changed is the way I eat. Just start eating healthy. The only thing I wanted to lose any way is my stomach.

    Loved this video! It brought me back a lot of memories when I used to do it back in high school(2002ish). I used to do it like six days a week and gave me amazing results. I always go back to do Taebo because it is really one of the best workouts out there. Thank you!!!

    i used to Tae Bo back when i was a teenager! It's what got me started liking kickboxing and karate. I remember being so mad when my sister accidentally ruined the tape.

    I did this routine when I was about 12, I got lazy and I'm back to it today, before I could do the whole routine and now I can't even do it for 20 minutes😢
    My goal is to do each routine until the end and be healthy, thanks for motivating me throughout the video! ❤

    Seriously though, no coach is as motivating as him. Most workouts are so faked on TH-cam with these never-sweaty, demotivating people who cut there videos in a way, you don't see their sweat.
    His workouts though are honest and super motivating!

    when I am depressed & angry during these times- I turn to Tae Bo. Billy never disappoints. From the counting ~~~~to the moves - time flies & I feel like I have accomplished something.- The only issue I have is stretching on a cold body- . . . the body should be warm before the warm up static stretches- ps. I don't remember chin in the cage from yesteryear- this is such a pleasure- love seeing you & your homies;)

    I have been a martial artist since i was a child.
    And in my opinion this is a good way to learn self defense.
    Most of self defense classes are useless they teach you unrealistic techniques that you can use in a real situation.
    With this classes you learn combos and he use a lot of kárate concepts.
    Billy has been a fighter and he knows what is effective in a real fight.

      Me too!! bought his 4 workout set back in 2001. Someone stole my DVD out of my suitcase at the airport The 1999 video is still the best videos and always my go-to. Thankfully, we got youtube and I can do them again from here! He is the most sincere training I have ever encountered! God Bless you Billy!
