1:44 How to make low carb weight loss balsamic vinaigrette dressing
In this video, we’re going to teach you how to make low carb weight loss balsamic vinaigrette dressing. This is an excellent salad dressing that’s keto-friendly and delicious.
Most salad dressings are filled with GMO soy, corn oil, sugar, and MSG. Even some of the salad dressings that are advertised as healthy or organic may have some of these things. This is an incredibly easy recipe, it’s super healthy, and I think you’re really going to like it.
    Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
    • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
    • ¾ cup olive oil
    • 1 tbl chopped garlic
    • 1 tbl Dijon mustard
    • salt and pepper
    • (I suggest adding 2 teaspoons of roasted sesame seeds!)
Mix all ingredients in a jar and shake well. Refrigerate. This will last for several weeks.

I make my own favourite dressing even more simply. 2/3 extra virgin olive oil and 1/3 apple cider vinegar. I thought of using garlic but when i found out the percentage of carbs in it, I decided to leave it out. Occasionally I add cinnamon and recently I heard of a study about powdered cumin and weight loss, so I will try that in my next batch. I hope the dressing is in line with keto.

Eric, every time I eat, it's as if the food doesn't go down. This happens after I eat. I get heart burn and wanting to "burp" And a heavyness in my chest. I feel fine, except for this. The health store told me that it was air, and told me to take anis tea. Could it be from stress? I eat fast since I go against the clock all the time. Or could it be due to a back ingery since I'm a retired nurse. This caused a curveture of the spine, working with invalids.

  • @EKindahaus

Dr. Berg, why do you eat just green? Put some slices of tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, radish and so on. Make it a colourfull salad and with some warm chicken brest on the top you'll have a whole lunch or dinner. This is how we eat in Germany. :-) I love you guys, keep doing what you doing.
