    Looks like the middle pile at the end was the work pile.. same shade as the big pile and the contaminate was the 1st pile which was super dark and green lookin

    Do you have to do it on a screen?

  • @andidelta9

    I got a 120T screen, if I got it right, these are around 300 lines per inch. Have you probably any experience with that? Or would you just give it a try

    You would think it would be possible to use air to blow the lighter stuff away from the heads because of the weight difference. There has to be some way to do this using kief or low grade sift.

    Why does the kief not fall through the screen and what micron screen is it and what micron did you sift the kief through

    • @kubankronic3656
      @kubankronic3656  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      So screen usually comes in LPI or "lines per inch" or "mesh" when it comes to dry sift screens and bubble bags etc are sized in microns or" u" so these screens the top one is 200 mesh, which is equivalent to 150 micron, thays basically a farmers grade sift screen like you might find in a trim bin, the bottom screen is 110 mesh or lpi which equates to about 70 micron, so its half the size of the top sifting screen. So the bigger heads or trichomes stay on top of this 70u screen and small particles and heads go through it, cleaning sift on top of this screen greatly refines it to a pure level just remember farmers grade sift or "kief" is at least 70% contaminant unyil cleaned properly.

    In static tech, when moving say from right toward left, the static should typically be on the right side (or rear side) of your roller or DVD correct?

  • @loonyloony6550

    What types of surfaces can this be done on? What is that surface, plastic? It is a screen? Or the base? Information needed over here.

      @@kubankronic3656 thankyou, thankyou, much appreciated, good info. Have been trying to replicate without a screen, maybe I should try some sort of textured surface(not completely flat) then, that will create static energy hopefully. All i need is to create the static energy I think. I will find diff ways of doing that and try them. It's got to be the rubbing that creates the static, me thinks, but me is an idiot lol.
      I freeze trim in a tupperware comtainer, shake the shit out of it several times, dump the trim and a heap of hash is left in the container(bubble hash with a lot less water and a lot more shaking lol), I want to try the static method to purify this but don't have screens and haven't had much success yet with anything else I have tried. I will find the answer, or get stoned instead and then try again hehe.
      Thanks again.

    • @kubankronic3656
      @kubankronic3656  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ya its a bit of a learning curve, imo i think you need a screen to properly sift then a smaller one to clean the sift on top of so the smaller particles go through it while your cleaning it on top, but you should be able to get the static tech to work on a solid surface i think but not sure

      If I have a set of HK sifter screens what mic screen am I suppose to clean from? The finest micron screen?? Or a screen at all or can I do this on a glass mirror with the same results??

  • @joshsheinis5968

    Why do you do it on the screen

    • @kubankronic3656
      @kubankronic3656  5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      The screen is a 200 lpi or 72 micron in size, so all your good bigger heads or trichomes stay on top while the smaller particles and contaminate go to the bottom

    • @stlnation

      KUBAN KRONIC but does that even matter if you collecting what sticks to the paint roller?

    • @kubankronic3656
      @kubankronic3656  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@stlnation yes I believe so it's another step in decontamination the smaller heads are undesirable compared to what stays on the screen are the more mature bulbous heads that ya want for pure sift also less contaminate to clean through while doing paint roller tech. I used to just clean my piles of sift with a card so that it cleans it over he screen it comes out pretty sweet just not as pure as parchment teh
