Story :-
Hazel and Jacob went to the same school. Hazel was the captain of the cheer squad, while Jacob was also the captain of the basketball team. SHazelhia, Hazel’s younger sister, had always shown her affection for Jacob in public. However, it was Hazel that caught Jacob’s attention; the two fell in love and were treated like high school sweethearts. Hazel thought that it was fine with SHazelhia, as she didn’t say anything when she and Jacob became official.
Years later, Hazel and Jacob tied the knot. Their love for each other is just the same as when they were still in high school. Hazel couldn’t ask for more; Jacob treats her like a rare gem. He looks after her, gives her everything she wants, and makes sure that she doesn’t feel any burden or a reason to be contentious in their relationship. However, Jacob suddenly became cold and toxic. At first, she didn’t know where he was coming from, but when she started observing his actions and his whereabouts, she realized that it was because of her sister. It broke her to the bones; she couldn’t accept the revelation of her husband and sister’s affair. But Hazel was smart and rational; she let herself be emotional and vulnerable for a moment.
After her damsel in distress moment, she decided to plan and play her cards right. She didn’t tell Jacob that she had already found out about his affair. Instead, she collected evidence from their illicit affair so she could sue them afterward and have the law favor her. When she felt like she already had enough evidence, that’s only when she confronted him about his affair. As the jerk that he was, he didn’t deny it and still proudly said that he would be divorcing Hazel and that he would marry her sister afterward. Hazel didn’t stHazel him from doing so, but she demanded everything in alimony.
Hazel hired her lawyer friend to represent her, and true to her words, she demanded 65% of everything that she and her husband had. She successfully gained 65% of their prHazelerty and wealth and formed a good relationship with Dave afterward. Jacob, on the other hand, was able to marry SHazelhia but then divorced again because of financial struggles.

Interesting story, but the OP has to be the least likable cheating victim ever. Good thing she had looks (for now) because not much else very likeable. But if the husband had just divorced her he could have been able to do whatever he wanted and been able to recover and go on with his life. Cheaters are not usually winners though. I think this is a ESH situation. Just some suck more than others.
I listened to this story 3 times to make sure that I heard OP correctly. Not only is OP TAH, but she also needs a lot of therapy. Otherwise her (soon to be) second husband will be divorcing her as well. And since the (soon to be) second husband is an attorney, he's smart enough to get her to sign a prenuptial.
I had to pause this story because OP being on a cheering team….OR ANYTHING ELSE Doesn’t Make you the prettiest girl in the town! Sometimes being humble makes a difference. Starting off smelling unreal! And if this story IS true, then why the hell was the husband upset that he got caught cheating? At the beginning i thought the op was too full of herself. I'm sure her sister and the husband felt it as well(she didn't seem like a horrible wife though). Dave has waited for her for so long so I'm sure he'll accept her. I'm surprised the sister didn't try to charge her for assault? She got smacked at least 3 times, so it seems like she was use to being beaten by her sister. It is understandable she wanted revenge, she should have just been smarter.

Here's what probably happened. Op thought they were happily married. Husband was having an affair with wife's sister because it's a kinky. Husband probably tried to turn the double date into a swingers date or he just wanted to get freaky in front of his wife.
When they got exposed and family cut sister off. Then Husband losing everything they pushed forward and got married fast to prove they are on love only for the kink and money to go away.
Sound like sister got violent when the mom wouldn't let her back in. Having 2 divorces is what dystoyed his firm and maybe bad publicity.
Or this is wish fulfillment that sister was the golden child and or mother helped sister break up the marriage to have her favorite back in the house. Ops friend just stayed a friend while sister and husband got married and are miserable or happy and Op hasn't bounced back
