I really like the sr1 lite it’s one of my favorites. Really I pretty much only carry coldsteel. My edc is vaquero xl before that I carried a g10 espada cts-xhp but that one is now is impossible to replace. So that’s many years of one brand.
Man that is a beast of a blade very strong and aus and 8cr steel is nice in my opinion as well very cool review my brother and missing on the throws can show ppl how tough they are stay strong 😎💪

Bought that as my work clothes knife. I don't do hard use on my folding knives, but since all 9 of mine are from Cold Steel, then I know that they can perform very well. I just use my Cold Steel Drop Forged Survivalist for hard use. People hate on 8CR13MOV, but i believe that Cold Steel's heat treatment would change minds about this knife. When JimiSlash went hardcore on his SR1 Lite Tanto, I knew that the steel snobs had nothing to say. Great video!

I have 9 folding knives, 3 machetes, 3 fixed blades, 19 food prep knives, and various other tools; all from Cold Steel!
I absolutely love my sr1 lite tanto! Such a tank of a knife... I would love to see them do the recon 1 in S35VN with this thick of a blade stock, but then again they have the SR1 so they probably would never do it... but imagine this blade in S35 on a recon one handle 🤤🤤 lol anyway, Great video brotha aloha from Hawaii 🤙🏼🤙🏼

Might be one of my best carry folding knives for the great outdoors. I tightened the pivot on mine, then added a Snaggletooth. Why? In Calif, if a knife can be opened with the flip of the wrist, button or not, its the same as a switchblade in many locations, I just tighten mine so it wont open that easy as I'm not interested in discussing right and wrong and what's fair with some civil servant who is looking for low cost merch for his Etsy store.

Your right - it’s a great blade - the new vet version actually broke and this knife held the line - the blade did not break - hard steel is to delicate - it chips and can’t take super hard abuse
