Thanks. Just got these RCV's for my LJR. Had no idea about the grinding on the knuckles, but installed new ball joints anyway so that worked out. Since RCV did'nt include ANY instruction, this was helpful. But would like to have seen more info on the new axle retaining nuts. Still 36mm? Still 135# torque? Are the new joints pre-greased? Or did you add a couple pumps? TIA
Excellent video. Always liked the look of the RCV shafts and boot. What made you decide to go with RCV instead of something like revolution chromoly shaft?
So I actually pulled the year old Ten factory 4340 shafts out for these. Only reason is I just put in an Atlas (video coming). Doing front digs I didn't want u joints up front.

Dana 30 RCV axel install can be run with 38” tire ?
I wouldn't recommend it. Ring and pinion are still weak. I also snapped a stub shaft on the rcvs with a 37s.
@@beachedferrari Did they warranty the shaft? They have limit on 35s for D30 shafts don't they?
