Amy your videos are always interesting. Chet is the official pot stirrer. Give me that spoon Chet, a golf cart works better than a railing, or commandeer Chet's side by side for events.....pot stirred. Even while you're working on it the place looks good.
Seriously, having no family in MN anymore these videos fill a big gap. For every troll that says something rude there are many times more of us that appreciate and Love all of you.

My brother bought a 4-passenger off-road electric golf cart first hauling people and "stuff" around his horse farm. Very handy for picnics with older relatives....ferry services.

What happened to resting on the Sabbath day? I pulled a muscle in my left leg so I had to rest today. Tomorrow I'm painting my father's living room. I got all the wallpaper off in 2 days lastweek. Up and down that ladder was painful. I trimmed the mulberry tree, ran the pressure washer and I have to paint the huge LP tank this week as well. Then we are ripping up the carpet in the living room and having laminate planks installed. Oh the list lol. I went through all the kitchen cupboards today and found stuff from 2018. Cleaned and reorganized all of them. Hallelujah time for a yard sale lol

Amy, don't worry about content, the 'realness' of the interaction between good people (you all) is what make the videos well worth watching. It's so refreshing because so much of daily life, particularly of urban dwellers such as myself, are so inundated with so much fake media, interpersonal contact and many people who care little, if at all, about those around them! I also enjoy watching because I've learned an enormous amount about the trials and tribulations of operating a big family farm, something I was always very curious about since my early youth when our elementary school made a trip to visit a local dairy farm. Amy you are amazing. If you have not be told yet this is the quote. Behind every man that is successful is a strong woman.I always love to see you. You probably do what most farm ladys do which is everything. TO the city folks, ya she can do it all and fix dinner for the boys at 3;00 in the morning when the wheat's too wet to cut. Never short sell what us old farm boys see AS the lady of the farm. Keep the boys square and on task.
Praise God for insulated lunch boxes too.
You people are pretty entertaining, even if it's just normal everyday doing what needs done, don't get discouraged Dougo, it's shaping up, little at a time.😊

We have the gear and the obituary to do it better than getting people in but no time.
And when you get people in the only thing that keeps working is their hour meeter and they don’t finish it off well so you do it again yourself.
Your frustration is a minor of ours. And we are on the other side of the world, it’s just the same.

What you have done with the yard so far is nice. It looks good. I must admit that the extra driveway is confusing but I do not live there.
I have disabilities so I know a railing is nice to hold on to. But that is for you to decide.

Just put the handrail in and be done with it. In about 15 years you be thankful you did it. As someone that doesn't like steps with out a handrail it is worth it.

I put in a new drive, driver stepped it off and then counted links on the tailgate chain and when he was done I used my foot to smooth out the tiny bump he left at the road, I was very impressed

My grandmother had a plaque in her kitchen: Come in, sit down, relax, converse. Our house doesn't always look like this. Sometimes it's even worse. Bottom line, though she was always pretty tidy, sometimes her house was not the cleanest when people showed up. Her attitude was basically, if someone came to see her, then welcome. If they came to see her house, be prepared to witness that she actually lived there and it was not always fit for company...
